Inspiration Challenge 115 ~ Birch Bark & Birds IC115

First, a huge thanks to Karen for her fabulous job as our Inspiration Challenge hostess. I know I have some really big shoes to fill.

A few weeks ago, CBS Sunday Morning did a piece on Charley Harper and a new collaborative book (Charley Harper: An Illustrated Life) with Todd Oldham featuring Harper’s art. I was instantly captivated by his creations, which are often described as minimal realism.

Since birds seem to be showing up everywhere in cards and paper crafts, I thought his Birch Bark & Birds would be a great piece of art for this week’s inspiration challenge.

Make sure you use the keyword: IC115 (no spaces or extra characters) when you upload your card.
