Inspiration Challenge #30 (Don't forget to add IC30 to your keywords like I always do please!)

Hello Fellow Stampers! As you may already know, Karen is a lucky gal and on vacation this weekend and straight thru till next weekend so I offered to choose inspiration pieces and post it for her while she is away and having fun. I hope you enjoy the selcetions.

Today's inspiration comes from an eCard. I apologize because I can't remember what site it came from! I will let you all know once I can locate it.

I wanted to pay tribute to all the men and woman who give so much of themselves in the Armed Forces, so I selected an Independance Day eCard. I know a lot of the stampers here have loved ones away right now. So let's all show support and make some great 4th of July inspired cards!

Feel free to translate the inspiration item into a card, a scrapbook page, or another project. Be inspired by the colors, layout, theme, or anything else -- this is up to your own interpretation!

Joyclynn, I took a chance to see if the challenge was up, and it is!! I can't believe I'm the fist one here! Can't wait to try this tomorrow. Thanks for such a great challenge!

Whew, trying to get ready to travel 2 1/2 hours to a 4th picnic and getting this done was a real challenge!
The outline stamps from Decorative Daisy works great as fireworks!

This looks like a fun challenge, but I'll have to play tomorrow. Right now we're off to Celebrate Freedom at South Fork Ranch--it's the largest FREE outdoor concert in the USA. Fun, but too much sun!

Thanks to everyone who took the time to play. I got mine in this morning... I had an idea last night, but should have sketched or stamped it then because I lost it

Oh well. I am going to be gone all day today, but can't wait to see the rest of the great creations tonight or Monday.

Okay, we didn't go. We talked my teen into avoiding sunburn and dehydration headaches by going for the evening show only--so I got to play. Here is my card, but it is still pending as of 4:30. We're really leaving now.

I'm here finally. All of you waited for me to get here before you started right ??? Just kidding....... I got the coolest mail packages today from Judylb and Karen, both of them sent me cards from the VSN challenges and such cool goodies, Thank You both!! Now am off to put them to good use, then come back and look at everyones creative take on Joyclynn's neat example
