Sheri, Your challenge is turning out great. I love all the wonderful journals and notebooks. They are very inspiring and fun to do. I made two maore small ones. I will post the photos later this evening. Thanks for the compliment on my first one.
I kept it smooth and embellishment free so it would not snag when placed in a pocket or a purse. If I have time, I may go back and make some more elaborate ones since I had bought a 6-pack of these little pads from the dollar store.

All of these challenges have been great, but this one has really inspired me. I think these notebooks/journals are so much fun.
I mailed my box of cards yesterday, but I had forgotten to get some pens to go with my notebooks. They didn't fit very well in the box with the cards, so I am mailing them separately. I bought a package of pens and then decided I should make some more notebooks to go with the pens. I am making 3 more notebooks today. I will mail all late this afternoon or first thing in the morning.
Now that I am started on making these altered notbooks I think I will make up a bunch to go with Christmas and birthday gifts. What fun!! There are so many inspiring ideas in the gallery for this challenge.
