Thank you Misti. I too, did not know there were so many different color ribbons. Unfortunately we have a lot of friends going through treatment for many of these. D is just done with radiation for prostate, E and their son are both in the last stages of life, one with lung and one with pancreatic, my SIL has lymphoma, her dear father has had treatment that has left him half of who he used to be physically and emotionally, dear A is in the last stages of brain cancer, so it was a very good site for me to visit. Here is my card in Lime Green Lizard advice by janeenk - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
Thanks for the challenge! Unfortunately, my family has been touched by a LOT of cancer and all on the same side of the family (myself - breast, 2 uncles - prostate and 1 aunt - pancreatic). I opted for a very simple card -- or three actually.
Hello! I finally got my card completed for this challenge.
I've been having a lot of health issues lately related to my bladder. Luckily, we believe things are ok and will be remedied by medication. I was scheduled for an invasive procedure today, but my doctor called last night and suggested a new medication before going that route. Anyway! All this personal stuff lead me to choose Purple, Marigold and Blue, which represent Bladder Cancer.
Thanks for looking!
I wanted to do a card in pink for my breast cancer and for my Mother who has stage 4 lung cancer but the color for lung cancer is white and that stumped me. I decided to do a card in rainbow colors for all cancers instead.
