That happens (door left open & the freezer frosting / icing up).

Sure hope you didn't include the cards you've made for me and didn't send!

As long as they are not "religious" holiday cards it seems they are okay to send.

We have 3 freezers, 2 of them have a lock...keys are kept right near the freezer and children are instructed to LOCK the freezers after getting out the frozen item!

I had a freezer die because the compressor overheated from being ajar too long...

Sadly the last freezer we purchased so that we could get a whole beef doesn't have a lock! SO...we only purchase 3/4 beef and use the unlockable freezer for items that it wouldn't be so expensive to replace if something thawed...

Ok...34 xmas cards makes my total this year at 100...so excited and look forward to next year. I wish each and everyone of you good luck with the prize drawings...wish an organizer was given away because I could sure use some help getting cleaned up after all hycct. My new years resolution this year is to get organized which I say every year but this year I really mean it...lol~

Congrats and great job to all who completed all the challenges.

It is wonderful that so many are sending a lot of extra cards also.

I fell short of finishing all the charges (by 5 cards, I think). I just ran out of time. I don't want to delay mailing any longer. I am mailing my box today. I have added some Thanksgiving and Christmas cards to the box. It sure has been a fun month. I have seen so many incredibly beautiful cards in the HYCCT gallery and it has been wonderful trying some new techniques.

Thank you to the challenge hostesses and to all the sponsors.

Yay!!! I'm done. That last card took me awhile, but I knew had a few extra days. I just checked the 2013 gallery: 4238 this year (so far) compared to 3520 last year! Can you believe it! Wow! That is a lot of stampin' love by a lot of talented and giving stampers.

Congrats to everyone who participated whether you made 1 card, 36, or a lot of extras.

And a big, big THANK YOU to the hostesses and mods who make this all possible, and encourage and help us along the way.

And a big thank you also to the vendors who are donating prizes.

Now, I should have some time each evening to peruse the galleries.

Great photos Angie. They really look nice all together like that. I plan to take a group photo of mine before mailing also. I should be able to get them in the mail Tues. or Weds.

Our old freezer had a lock, but we gave it to some friends when we moved. We purchased this one when the family gave us the beef that year and I didn't even think to look for a lock! I also decided that I didn't need to get a self defrosting one and I'm rethinking that decision too!
I'm done and the food is back in. Nice to see what all is in there and I'll plan some meals accordingly! I forgot I had some lamb in there from a bargain find at Aldi and I already have a ham for Christmas!

I'm Queen No. 46. But gosh, that was such a scary thing to hit the "submit" button! I double and triple checked everything on my list before even posting, but when I posted and previewed I saw that I had two of one card and had missed another. I fixed those errors and checked it two more times, so I hope it is correct now.

Wowsa! That's a lot of cards.

Another lady was talking about organization...I wonder how they organize almost 5,000 cards over @ MD Anderson?

Big SIGH...i just went back in and checked on the Queens thread and I see my post went in twice. I have no idea why. I see I have a post 38 and a post 39. Where did that come from ?
I truly only hit the button once and then left and waited for it to load. I also see that Excel picked up the "chat thread" column even though i had it hidden when I copied for pasting. Will this disqualify me? The links work but they have to be clicked on after the x in the line up. --techy things and me are just challenging.

I don't know how you first the chat thread post...but for double posting can't you delete the second post?

I see mollymoo liked your post 39 but didn't post that she liked 40! Smart girl...

Happy Dance! Happy Dance! I finished all of my cards! Uploaded them all today in a large lot -- except for my internet decided to crash before I finished typing up all of the info. UGH! Now I have to do 27-31 over again. SIGH! Oh Well!

I am so proud of myself for completing all the challenges and for going out of my comfort zone on a good number. I'm excited to have used up a great deal of supplies and inked up some very neglected images! Most of all, I'm so excited to be sending off a box of cards to UT/MD Anderson!

Thank you to all of the hostesses & all of the participants!

If I made 2 cards for one of the challenges do I post both of them in the Queens thread or just one of them?

I didn't see a place to delete it and i know you can't edit it or i would edit it all out of there and all the extra chatter threads that got posted too.
