I don't have any Washi Tape either .. I'm sure it's really fun but I am staying away. I don't need another collection! It got ugly when I caved in and started buying baker's twine. I have a problem with moderation.
At least baker's twine doesn't take up much space. I bought mine by the yard when a LSS went out of business last year. I don't have ever color but I have a lot and because they aren't spooled, hardly take any space at all.

No washi tape here either. I haven't heard it 'calling' me yet. I did order some stamps from Verve the other day. They were (are?) having a sale that I saw on a banner here on SCS.

sadly, no. it was from this restaurant/vodkatorium. They have amazing food. They make chocolate chip cookie dough egg rolls, served warm with ice cream. And cheesecake burrito. And butterfinger wontons. Droooool!
AAACK!!! Lee you are killin me with these smileys.....This was so me....the grilled onion burger with blue cheese was scrumptious and the dark raspberry ale even better......but Ohmygosh, I'm so stuffed I could barf; but I would love a tuna melt....haven't had one since I left home...thx for the reminder...need to add that to grocery list....yummo....

Agreed. Looks so pretty full up like that I'd hate to use up any tape!

but, when I do use it I tend to go really CAS with it and then I keep thinking how to make it lumpier...

I bought some Post-It tape to try making Faux Washi Tape using the tutorial. Haven't done it yet though.
I don't have a lot of either baker's twine or tape (though I do have one huge spool of red from after Christmas at Crate and Barrel last year). I have some b/w polka dot tape that I have loved. I find it ends up looking like ribbon or a strip of dp, but without the hassle of cutting the strip or of adhering the ribbon....kind of instant gratification I guess and you can cut it evenly or have the uneven torn look.
I bought some Christmas patterns not too long ago and I think I am going to use it on the backs of the envelopes of my cards for fun. (no clue if the people getting them will have the idea they could take it off) but... it looks more fun than the see thru tape... and If I have ink on my fingers when I try to use the see through tape it is fingerprinted tape. lol

I am so glad I can't jump in the car and get there, I'd be a regular. just the size of a blimp.
On Key West there was a restaurant called "Better Than Sex". Yummy desserts. We went, when we left someone asked us "if it was?" of course the answer was "depends".
