I stopped t the store after seeing the movie the other night, but just grabbed milk and eggs and bread. I really need to do a clean out so I can actually see what's in the frig and freezer! Came home to home made waffles tonight as my DD is hanging out here after work. Made a strawberry banana smoothie to round out the brupper and we were good to go!

Same here - it's like I'm running a prison camp. Except without the bread and gruel.
you know it's bad when even bread and water are on the list! I made muffins last night so I had something for breakfast, and the darn smoke alarm went off and wouldn't stop. My poor neighbors - 10:30 p.m. is way too late for that nonsense!

We've called it that forever! Makes sense to me if breakfast for lunch is brunch then breakfast for supper must be brupper! My husband was talking about the joy of waking up to the smell of bacon cooking when he was preaching on Sunday and I was thinking to myself...if he woke up to the smell of bacon cooking he'd think he was in the wrong house! I very rarely wake before him and I almost NEVER actually cook in the morning.

I'm with you - I love breakfast food, but I need to adjust to the world with silence and a hot caffeinated bevvie for several hours before I contemplate food. Preferably food that someone else has made - LOL

My friends and I use the term "linner" a lot for that meal that is too late to be lunch and too early for dinner. We thought that sounded better than dunch!
Ha! Me too. When my Bandit had to have surgery on his boy parts he ended up having to wear a double cone for weeks. It was sad but I admit to laughing at the poor thing.
He loves to eat tape and things too, Lydia. Glue dots are his favorite though.
We had brupper tonight. It's my favorite for sure. Bacon, eggs, biscuits, and to be weirdos, curly fries.
My SIL's dog was a notorious eater of crazy stuff. Once he ate a pair of panty hose and they didn't realize it until part of the hose were hanging out of his back side....ewwwww!

Congrats to the Spellbinders winners. I did not realize we could win additional prizes if we did all the challenges! Now I'm excited all over again. But the best part besides making the cards has been hanging out here with all of you.
I have also eaten lupper, brunch, linner, Dreakfast - when you eat dinner so late that it might as well be your breakfast the next day, because you will probably be sleeping right through the normal time for Breakfast.
I haven't had one of those meals for quite a number of years though because I'm too old to stay up that late any more. I'm only up late when it's like Bridget last night and I just can't sleep.

Congrats, Michelle. And thanks for changing the owl photo, Lydia. This one is adorable. Love the hat. It reminds me a little bit of Jayne's hat from Firefly!
