Good job Tammie and congrats on the Scrapbox Lydia! You have to post pics when it is full!
Filling it is the most fun part!!! I can find all my ribbon - I love it! I am still, a year later, pinching myself that I won it last year. I am so grateful!

Oh YUM! I'll be right over! I'm just down the road a bit...that little town that has an amusement park with a Crow as its mascot that keeps telling us there's more than corn in Indiana! LOL
My kids (who grew up in the Tidewater area of Virginia with the Atlantic Ocean nearby) got so tired of people telling them that if they stood in cornfields with the wind blowing it would sound like the ocean as if that would make them happy to be moving to Indiana!
My younger 3 are quite content here, but the three that were older are way more urban at their core!
I see your Moab Arch there, superjen. Did you hike up for that pic?
I have hiked up there, many times. Even have a photo right here at my desk with no people under it because I went once in January. That one, however, I just snagged from the Internet. Delicate Arch is one of my favorite hikes in the whole wide world. Have you been?
Home from the gym. Went 2.5 miles on the treadmill in an hour and did the elliptical for just a little bit. Gonna eat breakfast, soak in a hot tub, and then I'll hang out here. I think Lydia is going to torture us for a bit yet before she starts drawing.

Just got back to this thread after making and posting my CAS challenge card for today. I see I haven't missed any excitement -- although I had to catch up on the interesting conversation.

To Arches, this spring, but couldn't do the hike up to the arch. Jealous.
Yawn, good morning. I took the day off so I slept in today. I had 4 pages to read to catch up with all of you in other time zones. Now I will sneak downstairs for my Gingerbread latte. Don't be jealous. I have lots of tea if you want something else, Miss Lydia.
I have a treadmill -- although I had to fold it up. My unemployed daughter and her son moved in this past weekend. One of them is in my craft room (there's a Murphy bed in there) and the other is in my "all purpose" room -- which is where the treadmill lives.

That's too bad as it's a neat hike. You don't see the arch until you round the final corner and BAM! There is is, sitting on the edge of this amazing natural ampitheater. There are lots of other good choices in the area, though so I'm sure you saw some gorgeous sights. I love the landscapes down there.
Hey Ladies, tell me more about this Scrapbox that Lydia got in the flash sale! Is it for storing bits of this and that? Cards? I am about to settle in with a cup of coffee and make my challenge card

Just gorgeous. I really enjoyed our time out there. I'm reading the book by Edward Abbey now. Desert Solitaire. It's a great way to remember the feeling of having been there. Wish my old knees had let me hike up there.

At least you got to go. It's pretty remote so a lot of people hesitate to make the trip. I love to read books about places I'm going or have been to as well.
