I shot some mug shots of the space today... going to have to re-shoot some tomorrow because, I shot them as soon as I went up stairs and then I grabbed the paint and touched up where the glue/staples are in the shelves hubs made yesterday... here's some for now will do better ones then put them in the gallery tomorrow maybe. ( tomorrow the extra shims will come for the big shot too)
So jealous, you have a really nice and big space. I won't take photos of my space, it's small and stuff is crammed all over but it's mine, all mine, well mine and the cat. He thinks it's his.

I dn't know if you've heard yet or not but I saw Debbie Olsen's post yesterday, I think, and it had some rocking new Just Rite stuff, so maybe you'll be able to pick what you want and can get new stuff.

just curious.... have any of the Copic winners received their prizes/markers yet? I had an email arrive and I promptly replied, but nothing has come in the mail. I know CHA and the holidays made things a bit wonky with getting things sent out, but I wasn't sure if it was proper to wonder if the gremlins might have been active again ........
Exactly the same. I received an email, replied and then nothing. I pinged again late last week? I know they weren't shipping between Christmas and New Year for inventory and so were probably playing catch up is my guess.

Just wanted to let you know that the Xyron HYCCT prizes are still coming.
I'm sorry it's taking so long. The person that I work with at Xyron was unexpectedly out of the office for several weeks at the end of the year, and then practically everyone in the industry was been feverishly trying to get things ready for CHA - earliest show date ever.
I did visit with them this week at the show, and no one has forgotten about you!
Hopefully we can get it taken care of in the next week or so.

I hear you on the shame. If you look in my gallery you will see very little coloring. I even wimped out and ordered the glitter pens instead of markers .
I received an email from Gourmet Rubber Stamps about their newest release so I know that their emails don't go to my spam folder! There are some really cute stamps in the newsletter...waiting on my gift certificate to try them out!

Somehow my gmail got hacked... so I have since changed its password and deleted all contacts from gmail and google plus because, it kept sending out spam emails from it ( including to people like lori craig and taylored expressions) and sorry guys.
but, emptying all the contacts seems to have stopped it for the last two days now it has not sent out anymore.
I have also deleted gmail from my smart phone as a lot of what was in the sent box was just phone numbers like my vet and dentist and such...
I have antivirus stuff in my phone and my computers so I have no idea how it happened I guess I am just surprised it a happened to me and be took so long to happen ( Ive had this one over 6 years haha) I guess it was just my time. but one thing I did do recently was I plugged my cell into that do not call list online... and I have had days where my phone rings off the hook. ( as a deaf person you can imagine If I get 5 calls in a month its shocking right?) so...
Im wondering if that is what "did it"
I have also changed my gmail address off of scs and into my regular paid for email... SO, if Xyron has the gmail address it still works but, its not on my profile page anymore.

I received my gift from Faber castell, there is a Pitt brush pen, there are pastel color pencils and a pack with gesso, gel medium and glaze, now I have to just figure out how to use them, so much fun, thanks once again.

It looks like we all got something a little different from Faber Castell. I'll be anxious to see what everyone creates! I received the pastel color pencils (reds), a big brush pen in pink and Pitt brush pens in blues and greens.

I'm still waiting on Xyron too. I was encouraged after the email came about someone being out of town. Hopefully it will come soon. I have a friend coming down from Utah for a week of playing and I would really like to have it by then.
We are going to head to San Antonio for a couple of days of play. We'll be there on Feb 7 & 8. Does anyone have any classes or stamp camps going on that we could come and join? Or how about any good scrapbooking stores to check out. I just need to get out of Houston for a few days and play!

I haven't heard from Xyron either, Pat. Hope it arrives in time for your friends visit, and that the two of you find a fun stamping event when you travel to San Antonio.
