You know I just noticed that MFT sent me a sentiment stamp set (clear) FREE instead of the FREE one they were offering which was the ice cream scoop but oh well. I'm buying another stamp set with the refund money they applied back to me.
the triple scoop stamp changes but if you order over $60 (?, I think 60) you'll get a free stamp, usually a sentiment.
sounds like a fun time. almost makes me wish I was back in school.
Chris -- doesn't make me feel as though I wish I were back in school -- but it does make me wish I had more kids .. or maybe some foster kids ...
It's hard to see the end of an era... my dd is my youngest and school projects are coming to an end. Although she did say that if she gets a teaching job, I have to live near her so I can do her bulletin boards LOL

You should be hearing from Copic shortly! Apparently, I have an email lost in cyberland, so it's my fault. I think the ball's rolling now. I know y'all are excited, so I hope you'll forgive me.

The bulletin board might be fun, and a lot less stressful than a foster child, well for me. I met a woman at the MFT store who has had many foster children. She really enjoyed it. I'm not that into kids.

I was in charge of the Green Team bulletin board, it was fun except when to write articles, that wasn't my cup of tea. I don't have to do that anymore but everyone loved my bulletin board, they could always tell that I was the one that made it.
I'm home now making my 2nd set of Window Christmas cards for an order. My daughter's poetry session was great, she wrote her own & didn't even look at her paper like other children did. My DH came too that was a surprise to Kaitlyn because she thought he was going to sleep. Now he's sleeping before he heads to work tonight.
I'd love to take you up on that, Chris...though Dina might not be pleased if I hit Florida before I hit her place!! Would be kinda fun to take an RV around and meet a bunch of SCS friends....hold on a minute, just adding that to my bucket list!

Can anyone help me -- I'm trying to reach peggysue who won a prize from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store -- she hasn't answered emails I have sent -- I've tried to PM her here -- not entirely sure I got the right one -- hope so -- would LOVE to hear from her so I can mail her package out! Was going to scan comments here to see if I could find her, but with 155 pages -- well, it's easier to ask! Thanks so much!
Yippee!! I got mail from MFT today! See attached photo of 5 Die-namics and 4 stamp sets. The Triple Scoop freebie was the sentiment set on the right. I played with two of the dies just to see how they work and was very impressed with the clean cuts they made. I won't be able to really try everything until Sunday afternoon or later. I'll post here when I do.
Thanks so much to Kim and MFT! And thanks to Splitcoast, Lydia and everyone else who worked and supported HYCCT.
eta: Oops, I mean I'll post on the Projects thread when I make something.

Sharon is is PegMac or PegMac71 ??? I can't remember which way it goes.... OK, THAT was helpful right???
LOL on the PeggysuePegMac ... if she doesn't surface, I will be happy to accept the prize on her behalf (that's me, give give give)
Stacy & Val -- enjoy your goodies! I'll admit to being a little envious -- those dies are awesome, Val! I think I will treat myself after Christmas. I've been knocking myself out to be sure everyone's favorite thing about Christmas is taken care of -- I'll deserve some new toys, right?
Connie -- I LOVE those window cards!!

Vicky, you have to learn the Christmas chant, one for you, two for me. You deserve lots of stuff. go visit a jewelry store while you're at it.

The mailman brought me my goodies from Flourishes today, and I hope to ink up at least the Christmas stamp (Joy is in the Air) this weekend. I'm still trying to finish my holiday cards... been sick and lost a whole week. Thanks to Flourishes and to everyone on the SCS HYCCT team! You guys and gals rock!
Haven't heard anything from Xyron yet... has anyone else heard from them?

Good morning ladies! My order arrived from The Rubber Cafe. Super fast! Ordered Monday and fournd it in my mailbox yesterday morning (we don't get to the mailbox every day - the package had to have arrived on Thursday). Sent them a Thank You this morning for their prompt service - especially during the holiday mailing season!
