Catching up here! Looks like lots of us are waiting on hearing from our prize sponsors. I'm still waiting on Spellbinders. My Taylored Expressions s/b in the mail as that's what the email said, but I've not received that package yet.
Congrats to the DT. Never tried to enter that type of contest. I was just thrilled as can be to win 2 prized for my HYCCT cards.... and I just won a ribbon assortment from Kittie's blog!
I wish you all a very Merry Christmas! I won't be around much as I MUST finish a counted cross stitch stocking for my DGD so Santa can fill it. It is my priority now.
Hugs to you all.
I received an email from MFT a week ago and finally got my order together and submitted it tonight. There were 3 things that I wanted that were out of stock (arrrgh!), but I decided not to wait. One I got a near substitute (wood grain fence die instead of picket fence), and I had no trouble finding other things I wanted to fill the order. I ended up getting 5 Die-namics and 4 stamp sets. Can't wait to get them and start creating.
I actually went a little over, but I feel like that tells the company that I appreciate their product - that I'm not just ordering because it's free.
I agree with you on that Val....My order ended up being about $4 short so not enough for another set, but I sure added one and gladly paid the difference for the same reason.
MFT sent out a message immediately...so thrilled with their service and I already have my Spellbinders die from Die Cuts For You (they're Canadian so it came very quickly). I'm waiting to place my order with MFT as I've got one coming from them already The new release is on the 11th so thought I'd wait for that! And there's little doubt that I'll be spending more than my $100!
Gail, your cards are always amazing and so is your mothering. I can't quite wrap my head around having six kids. I can however sympathize with the hormonal thing...it can really mess up your body and your mind. Supplements have made all the difference for me...just ask my dear hubby who had to put up with me I'm looking forward to your work as a guest designer!

That's what I wanted was the picket fence die but I didn't see the wood grain one, oh well. They put money back into my Pay Pal account so I have to use it before a certain time. My DH says I don't have to use it, but I want to use it, it's free money.
Chris, did you get your Pazzles yesterday?
It's going to be a card making day for me, I got 2 orders from work to make 20 cards from 2 guys, 1 is a driver & he wants fish Christmas cards so I think I'll make the ones that I showed you ladies earlier & the other guy wants a pretty one with heat embossing.
I get my goodies today from MFT according the tracking number. Yippee!

So YOU'RE the one that got Kittie's prize! Congrats - I saw it on her blog but didn't make the connection. Have fun with it!

So sorry to those of you who are waiting. I'm sure things are in the works. I will check on these on Monday.
The holiday season is always crazy
Absolutely!!!! Totally understand and am not impatient....just want to make sure I didn't accidentally delete an email....can't imagine doing that but you never know!
Hey ladies - everyone's still here? Just skimming and I just posted some handmade angels on my blog. May not be what an eighteen year old is looking for...
they are great. super decoration, especially if you have the country look. I had that for many years, now I've gone modern, seems to fit this house, but I'd use those angels with any decor, I like an eclectic look.

I love MFT. I spent the day there yesterday and told Kim that you all were very happy with your prizes. She told me that she had received some sweet thank you messages from the winners.
Every once in a while something I want is on back order but there is always something new coming out, every month, so I never have any trouble picking items there. My trouble is holding back.
If you anyone didn't order from them yet, I think that Tuesday night is the release for the newest stamps. We played with them yesterday.

Hey Connie, yes I did get my Pazzles on Friday. It came late in the day so I didn't have time to do more than open the box. WE went out Friday night, then yesterday I went to MFT and didn't get home till late and today we are going to a party. Tomorrow we have doctor visits during the day and then we going to see a play. Usually I have nothing much to do but it's hectic now and isn't going to lighten up till after the holidays.
I'd really like to spend some time looking at the Pazzle but today is not the day.
Eeeeeep! Chris - you are SO lucky to get to visit the Boutique and play with new releases...

HI everyone --- I've been busy this week but I missed you all!
Have any of the other Just Rite winners been contacted? I haven't heard anything yet. No worries -- I totally get it's December. I, like others, am just afraid I accidentally deleted an email.

My dd had another audition this week and this one went much better. We made a huge error allowing her to do her first audition at her first choice school.. but we let her make that decision. Oh well... everything happens for a reason!

I haven't heard from Just Rite either - was wondering about this only this morning when I saw your message.
Glad your daughter's audition went well Vickie. I'm sure that was a boost for her!
We had a nice Sunday here with a guest speaker so my DH was able to have a much more relaxing day. Then we had some friends over for lunch when the speaker had to back out of lunch. I was able to sneak in a few cards this afternoon. I wanted to play in the CAS party challenges, but ended up decorating the house and hanging with the family yesterday instead....a much needed break in the action.

Oh my goodness you are so LUCKY to be able to go to the shop!!!!!! What fun!!!!
Hello ladies....been busy working on Christmas cards among other things. I tried to keep up on the CAS Party challenges, how can something be simple but yet be so difficult at times? I haven't really played with my new goodies yet except for the tiny MFT holly die, but in time I will because I want to use the ornaments.
Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend, hoping this week goes by fast for me. My daughter has a poetry presentation on Thursday morning, she has to read in front of everyone wearing a mustache plus it's a poem she wrote herself. I'm going to ask my boss if I could either work half day or day off, I could always call in sick....hmmmm!
Stay warm ladies, it snowed last night which made everything slippery & icy today, but it sure is beautiful.
Morning Connie! I got the five cards done for the Saturday CAS200 challenges but none for the Sunday challenges. Guess I'll work on them slowly over the holidays.
My email came from the Rubber Cafe! I'll be working on a wish list for there!
Archivers is having a two day 40% off all stamps sale and my girlfriend gave me a gift card for there yesterday so guess where I'll be off to later today or tomorrow?
We got a ton of snow yesterday so cleaning that up again will be on the agenda this morning. We'd cleaned things up twice yesterday but it needs it again.....
