Hello... just turned on my computer.... I've been under the weather for a few days and my brain is a little foggy.... just reading all the comments...
Congrats to all the winners so far...
I'm going to go and check out what a scrapbox is...
I know how you feel. We have a bad cold here. My dd had it last week and it's still lingering. I caught it Saturday and I am miserable!! Hope you get to feeling better!!
so, where do I find my own email address on Splitcoast? I can't find it...
at the tippy top of the page you will see your user name. if you click on that it will take you to your page where you can edit your info. you can also look along the left sidebar for other areas you can edit of your own profile.
others 'more in the know' than I can give you more detailed info, but that is where I always start....
Gone all morning volunteering and gym-- Just now caught up with the comments.
1. I grew up in Lynx Hollow, south of Eugene, OR, a half hour north of Drain, named due to watershed division. Boring is a bedroom community, south and east of Portland. In our town, we have an annual feud between Lemati (west of the Willamette) and Slabtown (east of the river) during Bohemia Mining Days.
2. Congrats to the winners.
3. Giggling over each cat pic.
4. Lusting over the scrapbox.
5. Jazzed with each comment and favorites mention.

I looked there...but didn't LOOK at the first box. I only scrolled down where my house address was. haha..thanks!
boy, I think I'm on FB too much.. I read a post here and want to "like" it...instead of writing something about what I am actually thinking! does this mean that FB is turning me into a robot?
I just got home from four days in Illinois - 67 yesterday and drove home to Rudolph WI in snow flurries. I am enjoying the comments on town names and Rudolph is NOT after the reindeer but the first white boy born in the community. But....if you send Christmas cards for cancellation here and ASK for the special stamp, you do receive a Rudolph Stamp on it!
Congrats to the eight winners so far! Happy birthday to Vickey! Love the cats! and mostly, have fun and keep the fun comments coming!

Thanks for the BD wishes! Getting ready to "clean up" and go out for dinner (it's a 45 minute drive). Sending congrats forward to the next round of winners.

The scrapbox has arrived, via the largest truck I've ever seen on my street! The other is unboxing now - hee hee - he will be busy for a long time!
How about y'all pick me 3 numbers between 23 and 42 - and I will award one prize to the first person who can tell me why those two numbers are special!

27,31,37 One is probably your age. Not sure about the other.
All I know is that it's down near Raphine. I don't think it's much more than a road sign saying it's there. I've just always been intrigued by the name.

Gone for two hours - zumba and a shower - and I can't even get caught up reading what's happened since I left.
Gathered by speedreading:
You're all geography majors.
Glad I don't have a cat cuz it sounds like those "boxes" they like are way too expensive.
There appear to be a couple Michiganders out there - have a pop for me will ya (as in can of)?
Oh, and happy birthday Vicki.
