One of my cats always makes a telltale howling sound as she tries to meow with something in her mouth. Usually she's bringing me a toy to play fetch, but last night she dropped off one of my stamps a few feet from me. It was my fault for leaving it on the kitchen counter... but still...mine!
We wake up to that in the middle of the night sometimes. We refer to it as mousing as we scowl at the door willing it to stop. I actually put all the toys up about a month ago because they were driving me nuts. I gave them a few back and it's been okay so far. He's just been leaving them as presents on my shoes.

I was just about to say that my sister's Great Pyr is a digging maniac.
There's a Belgian Malanois on my walk and it's soooo hard not to just grab his leash and run home with him.
I got my dog because of a woman who walked a papillion (sp?) I know how to say it and I know it's french for butterfly but spell it, not so sure. anyway, I just loved her little dogs and decided I had to get one. My criteria was that it was cute and rescue dog. I ended up with an ewok. He's a mutt but he looks like an ewok. He's real scruffy looking. His back story, as with most of the rescues was a real heart breaker, I wish I could take them all in.

I wonder if that's because they need some work to do -- you know, like a border collie? If they don't have an actual job, they start doing other stuff...

My parents used to make cassette tapes to send to my kids when they were little (and the kids sent really crazy wild tapes of themselves back). I can still hear my usually quite staid father reading a book called Wombat Stew "....munchy crunchy for my lunchy wombat stew!"
Congrats Jen!! I looked up the same product too. Unfortunately, it didn't seem to help my luck this time.
Great minds think alike Heather. This more than makes up for the Sandra Boyton stamp I did not win on eBay. I just refuse to pay that much for a stamp but my kids LOVE her books. Every single one we have is a beloved favorite.
In Texas, people don't normally eat tuna melts - I discovered them in NY in college and oh boy do I love them.
I {heart} tuna melts! I think I don't like cheeseburgers because the only exposure I had to them as a child were McDonald's cheeseburgers and that's just kind of icky. Maybe I'll get some pepper jack and try it again with my box of Morningstar farms.

My parents and I exchanged cassette tapes while I was still living in Chicago and they were in Texas. It was fun, but they often included the pets on their recordings. One time the tape started out with their Peke howling. Everytime my Dad said 'bughouse' the dog would howl like crazy, loud and high-pitched. It was so loud I thought it was going to bring my neighbors running to see what was wrong in my apartment. Dogs often howl at musical instruments too - like harmonicas and accordions.
sadly, no. it was from this restaurant/vodkatorium. They have amazing food. They make chocolate chip cookie dough egg rolls, served warm with ice cream. And cheesecake burrito. And butterfinger wontons. Droooool!
I thing it is about my bed time. I hate having to go to bed so early, but when the baby goes to bed at 6, it's a must to get any sleep. Last night she was up talking to herself at 11, up to eat at 2, screaming at 6 when she managed to roll on to her belly, and then up for the day at 7. I'm exhausted. So much for cleaning my room and stamping tonight. Maybe tomorrow...
I don't think I will order the Washi Tape rack. I do not own a single roll!!! I guess I better get with times.
I don't have any Washi Tape either .. I'm sure it's really fun but I am staying away. I don't need another collection! It got ugly when I caved in and started buying baker's twine. I have a problem with moderation.
