I can't wait to read the little house books to my girls!!! I still catch an episode here and there on hallmark channel and just LOVE it. So refreshing compared to what's on nowadays.
I see the episodes every once in awhile too....I love watching them! And, yeah, I gotta agree, much more family oriented than what is out now!
OMGOSH I sooooo need to do a twin card now... LOL!

oh man, I missed the Copic discussion!!! You know I am always down for some color talk. I'm currently reading The Hunger Games after having it on my nook for 6 months. I finally got to part II and am hooked. It was slow going at first for me not b/c it's not good but b/c I've just been super busy - not much time for leisure reading of late!
Isn't the Hunger Games great?! I finished MockingJay a couple of months ago...I can't wait for the movie!
Sweet Valley High! I remember those! I wasn't aloud to read them, but I don't remember why, lol!
I wasn't for a while until...I don't know- until I was.? LOL! Oh man..what were the twins named? oh DUH- Jessica and Elizabeth. HAHAHA!

Girl, you just said the magic word....I shall shuffle over to the Keurig for some decaf now. is't it GOOD?????
oh gosh yes!!
Im going to buy the filter for my keurig because i got a couple of different starbucks bags (different flavors)
also at target they have mini bags of all sorts of lavors (1.25 each) which is good because in case i dont like it, i can give it away or toss and not feel bad.
Well ladies...this is fun, but I want to get the last of my challenge cards done so I can start packing my scrap area....sigh* Hope you all get a chance to participate in the challenge and I look forward to seeing everyone's projects!
wait a minute- WHOA. I just wiki'd them and it says that later in the series they had a friend named Maria who was addicted to heroin!! Uhhh that is NOT the SVH I remember!
And...AND!!!! apparently there is a "sweet valley confidential" which was just released in 2011 that follows them as adults? Hey, now I know what I'm reading for my CHA trip, LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

My favorite book to read to my kids right now is The Boy Who Changed The World By Andy Andrews. It talks about the Butterfly Effect. We love it and I esp love the end when it says "That means every little thing you DO matters.....When you think about it like that...WOW! That means YOU can be the kid who changes the world!"
I just LOVE that!

I know, I saw a preview for the movie and that's what got me hot on my tails to finally read it. The movie is just based on the first book tho, right? I hope! LOL
