I have a question!!?? If I remember right that is the day of Regionals. Would it be in the evening possibly after. I just became a demo in Feb. so this will be my first regionals so I'm not sure how long it will last. I really don't know my way around Portland. I've been to the convention center 3 times so I know my way there, and If its dark.... I'm kinda scared:confused: Oh, I think that regionals is only one day but its held 2 diffrent days. If that is the case I have vacation from work if it would be better if I did regionals on Friday and met up with you all on Saturday. I know I'm needy!! But once you get to know me, you tollerate me!!
Well cr@p - I'll come but no one tell Roderick it's his birthday weekend! DOH! Seriously sign me up....I'll start working on making his party be the next weekend.

that's not a bad idea. But he naps. Not sure DH will go for it. I'll mull it ...and also ask DS....see what he thinks.
Yes, we did ride the ducks. It was a lot of fun. Being a relative novice in the area myself, we both learned a lot. The highlight of the tour (for my grandson, anyway) was seeing where Jimi Hendrix bought his first guitar. He went back a few days later and toured EMP and went up the Space Needle. He said it was AWESOME! lol

Cool. Shoot...there is a Jimmi statue up on Capitol Hill...the company that I used to work for put it up....we got to meet his sister and dad I think...it's a cool bronze statue and was right outside my office - window wall to the street. I mean..the statue is on the street. Some guy came and played cover tunes when we unveiled and he was smoking pot in the call center. That was an interesting day.
Are you going? I have never gone to Regionals. I think I would be scared.
No I am not going.I went in 2005 and met a tonof way cool people there. It is very exciting and motivational, but i am not really a business demo, mostly a hobby demo for myself. The demonstrations are always cool and it is fun to meet other Demos and see all the cool display boards, but for me I would rather be at the shoebox swap, visiting and stamping and having fun
