Clean out your "old" swaps, make extras of your "new" swaps, and give them more life because my elves and I will finish them into cards that the troops can send home to their families!

Sorry I didn"t get on this afternoon to let you know. My dad surprised us and came over and of course I had Zumba!! So if you don't have a replacement, cuz I took to long to answer, I will be more than happy to.

We'll be happy if you just come with the shoebox since it's late notice. If you have the energy, there will be ATC and/or NVR cardfront swaps that you could join as well. Totally up to you of course.

OK---one half day of work, then am totally devoted to my projects over the next 3 days for next weekend. Despite the best made plans, life always seems to get in the way of stamping. But not this weekend!!! Am on call, so have an excuse to stay in, close to the phone, and stamp the weekend away

OK.... I'm all set for DIVA... Snacks, project, and packed. I need to bring everything to work, there's no reason to come home for half an hour.

For the SBS I've got my recipes done, card fronts done, rolodex done, and my shoebox packed and ready. Still have 4 more swaps to do in 8 days. I really need to get 3 of the 4 done this weekend. I'll need next week to prepare and pack for the event.

I actually finished my CF prototype before bed last night...CUTE! Brought some paper, stamp, and ink to work to cut layers and stamp if things are slow. Don't know about that though because I have to feed 2,000 envelopes to the color printer and write a resume.

Back to "real" work now...

OhMiGoodness ---- 8 days and counting!

At least I have the Shoebox done. Usually that's my hold up so I am feeling better. Now that my 'day job' is on hiatus for a week I'll be able to get my other things done.

And just to add to my excitement -- I also have to hold a card class, fit in a nail and hair appt. and take my daughter to a doctor's appointment all within the week. Hopefully I'll work better under pressure. LOL

After sidetracking myself for an hour making a military style Mother's Day card sample for FOH (woke up thinking about it so HAD to make it and get it out of my head) and finishing Monday's Stamp Club shoebox, I've been working away at my shoebox. I finally have my first sample! WOO HOO! I think it's funny! Hopefully it won't take you all too long to make. Now to finish the two other samples and move on to CF stamping and assembly. Then ATCs.

Nancy, my shoebox's title is "Rolo Stamper the Addict".

Packed my shoebox and then I pooped out to watch "The Good Witch's Family" while Zekey slept on my lap. Tomorrow will be laundry day and CFs and ATCs (only a glimmer of an idea for that one...need to go look at stamps and paper).
