Our list is completely full and paid! It was a photo finish right down to the end, lol. I received payment for the last unpaid spot today by not just one person but 2! What is a girl to do? Both got added to this list.
We do have a wait list in case anyone needs to drop unexpectedly.
I have to add a little tease too...
Wait until you all see the table favors!!! WOW!! Beth is one crazy lady and I love her to death. She has undertaken quite a fun favor for each of you.
Oh, and prizes....double WOW!! Diane has rocked the donations, several of you have stepped up to help out and I have purchased the rest.
Speaking of the prizes...I got some of the thank you cards out in the mail today to donors...still need to work on some more. But PLEASE...if you have an extra card or two, set them aside and help us after the event to thank our donors. It really means a lot. We have had responses from donors in the past that we are the only event they donated to that actually sent a thank you. I will attach addresses to each prize again this year...I don't mean to be pushy...just trying to make it easier for you!
YAY and MWAH to all the helper girls!! Thank you all for every little detail you put your heart into to make this such a wonderful and memorable event for us all. Words can't express the gratitude and appreciation. Muchos, Muchos, Gracias!!

I was thinking about you the other day, before you mentioned the birdcage chandelier......someone asked me to make orange brownies! Mmmmmmm...I might just have to do that soon! Maybe I'll bring some for jammie stamping!
Good luck with the woodstove! I am a big fan of wood heat. Even gathering the wood doesn't bother me....it's a good workout! My parents have an older woodstove in their basement and an outdoor woodstove that provides heat for the house and heats their water too.
I KNOW, eh!!! Orange Brownies...that's why I still have your email addy. It is saved with that recipe, which I made last Christmas for the dessert tray and it was requested again this year!! I would sooooo make a pig of myself and save room if they were coming to jammie stamp. I may not even stamp, just hover over the brownie pan...

The Spring Fest team is the BEST!!!
I've LOVED Beth's creative favors from the last few years! I still have my owl from last year (I believe). I can't wait to see what she's created this year! Thanks so much Beth!
Can't wait to see all of you girls again! Only a month to go!
Everyone must be busy crafting or cleaning out their gardens with all this fantastic spring weather. We just got clearance on our building lot and the high hoe will start clearing trees this afternoon--WOOHOO!! I almost have my shoebox ready to go. I'm plugging away a little at a time. Lots of excitement!!
I'm just catching up on all of these posts! I've missed quite a bit! Michele how fun to be building a new home! Will there be a lovely craft room in it?
Hi Tracy! Can't wait for the event! I sent in an extra $5 for the food, and I didn't see it posted on the swap list. I not it's not complete, but I just wanted to make sure you knew about it. See you soon!

Orange brownies sound delish! Any chance you could share that recipe? Hubs would love them!
The swap list has been updated and should reflect the most current info I have. There are still people who have not submitted registration forms with their swap choices. I will be sending out emails to those I am missing. The goal is to have everything in order by the end of the weekend.
does a raffle mean there's hope for next year????????????
the raffle is more like recovery, lol. We try to give a donation to the church at the end as well.
I think another event is a great idea, I just can't lead the charge!

Well, dear Tracy, we have all been charging on under your fantastic leadership over these past 5 years. It has been a joy and privilege to have been here from the start along with a number of other ladies. Thanks so much fearless and crazy leader of the charge!! Not to mention all the wonderful helpers who jump in to help carry the load.
After 2 days, my email seems to be up and running again. YAY!!
Andrea, I think you started something mentioning your luscious orange brownies!! With or without frosting they are amazing, just doubly so WITH frosting--just sayin' I even added some chocolate chips to mine one year for that extra something...I need to go have breakfast!!
Gayla, are those chocolate rocks a prize or for sharing with your sister stampers?!! They are right up at the top with orange brownies!!! If anyone is a newbie, what a treat you are in for, but it there is almost too much to take in during just one round of Springfest--chock full o' amazin' fun!! Okay, I'm done running on, and on, and on....

Okay, looks like I have to find some yummy tidbit to share at jammie stampin!! Nothing is coming to mind just yet, but I'll think of something; we have a couple of sweet possibilities and Diane tucked in a yummy savory suggestion...we do have a local butcher who does amazing pepperettes; then I'd have to bring along the Tums to go with those

Wow girls....I am even MORE excited about this event than before! I didn't think this was possible. Thank you to all of you busy little bees for all your time & effort to make this event so successful!!!! We can't express that enough.
Lots of excitement going on around here. "Runs with Scissors became a Grandma again on Tuesday...bouncing baby boy Owen Tyler!! Judy Pousen's son & daughter-in-law also gave birth to a baby girl Cora Anne. Guess that's why the Northeast Pa Gigglers have been absent from recent posts. Congrats to the Grandmas!! Can't wait to see you girls on the 28th. Headed to Post #4 again to check #'s.

You'll have to fill us in on a pepperette. Is this like jerky??
Yep, we'll have our own little spread of delight for jammie stampin'. I'm still deciding. I usually do something sweet.... hmmm.

Hey Nancy!! Pepperettes are little mini pepperoni sticks--single serving size kinda like a cigarello size.

Michelle, is that the Wellington Country Market Place? Hubs loves their pepperettes.
They do "pupperettes" for dogs, too. My mastiff x boxer loves those. lol
Hey, Melissa! I get my pepperettes at Frey's Custom Meats. They are literally at the end of my road and I can walk there if I am ambitious enough!! Sometimes workers at a factory an hour away come in with a green garbage bag and buy up all their pepperoni to take to work and sell. It goes like hotcakes!! It is a dryer, harder pepperoni more for eating than slicing onto a pizza. The pepperettes are a little softer. I will definitely have to bring some along now!!

Ladies I have a favor to ask of someone. I am buying a couple of used stamp sets and a few things from a lady in the states. She is in the process of packing and getting me a shipping quote. If that quote to Canada is some obscene number could I impose upon one of you and have her ship the package to you, and have you bring it along to Springfest?
Shipping to Canada is sometimes just stupid. Thanks so much, in advance!
You could ship it to me if you'd like. If you are staying at the Ramada I am 3 minutes from there.
Joanne
Thanks so much, Joanne! We're staying at the Comfort Inn University. I don't think real far?
If you wouldn't mind private messaging me your address information I will pass it on to the seller and she can get me a quote there. I really appreciate it!
There are still 8 people whose registration form I do not have. I sent an email out to those folks. My hope is to have final numbers for the swaps within a few more days.
For now, minus the 8 I have yet to hear from, here is where the numbers stand...
ATC- 33
3-D- 24 (as it stands now, there will be 3 groups of 8. )
SU only- 29
NVR- 34
Recipe- 28
4 weeks to the day!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am off to pay Sharon at Buffalo Stamps a visit.
Almost finished... just have to figure out how to layer my receipe swap, almost there but now quite. And I did a card for OVER THE RAINBOW!... 99% done....
We are having so much fun with this theme and table decorations, I hope lots of you decide to play. Remember there is a prize for the best project.
Can't wait to see it, Tracy! I have managed to incorporate several of the elements of the movie into my project....I'm very pleased with how it is coming along.
