So once again my project is a wee bit involved!
Linda - could you set up my table to have an extra place for my card? I think it would go faster if you stamp and color and either cut and glue later or 2 people can work at the same time after the first stamps and colors. (7 stamps, 8 surfaces to ink, 4 images to cut out...but hey, I did the embossing folder and 2 die cuts for you at least!)

Karen, we will do the best we can. At some point during the day, however, there will be 10 people at the table with your project. That could make for a crowd of chairs (makes me think of a crowd of crows, like one of your ATCs).

Is there some part that could be relocated to a "remote" spot...maybe in the kitchen? Just thinking out loud here since we don't have a lot of extra elbow room.

My shoebox project may look time extensive ... but don't be scared ... I prepped A LOT for this one. I think it's worthy ... I hope at least!

If I start out with the table of 10 then only 9 people will do my project. I'll make sure to tell everyone to stamp and color first and if no one is waiting they can cut and glue - those 2 steps can be done later anywhere!
(I did a murder of crows ATC and I hope that doesn't happen to me!)

Oh yeah. Murder of crows. Guess the crowd was more alliterative in my head. We'll hope for no murder, whether of crows or by crowd.

Don't forget your bone folder! You will need it for my card! Oh, and if you have a small ruler, you might want to pack that for my card too! (I have 1 but it's wooden. I can't find my 6" plastic one.)

Can't wait for tomorrow!

Make your lists and check 'em twice.

Here are some day before reminders:

bring plenty of adhesive

bring your camera

bring any drinks you want besides coffee or water

be sure you have all your swaps, shoebox pieces, etc.

pack your basic stamping supplies -- tape, paper trimmer, scissors, bone folder, etc.

food item

gift swap (wrapped) if you're participating

nametag

cards/fronts to donate

If I forgot something, I'm sure someone will chime in.

I'll check in early in the morning before I leave the house so you can ask any last minute questions here or feel free to phone/text me.

Besides your cards/card fronts for donation, I’ll be collecting soda can pop tops for the Ronald McDonald House.

I hope this doesn't put anyone out too much and that with your extras for "oops" you already have this number well covered.

I can't believe no one caught me on this!! Or am I wrong now? I must have been thinking that there were 36 attending vs. the 38 actual. I do know that 9 x 4 = 36, not 38.

So sorry!!!

I am going to change page 1 to reflect this change.
OH NO!!! I have not checked SCS since last weekend. I am already at my mom's - so I will be one shoebox short. I have some extra's, but I know I only put in 17 card bases.

If someone could bring a piece of blushing bride card stock, I would gladly pay your for it!

Guess I should have checked the thread before I left town!!!
