I'm in the same boat ... I think I've decided on the paper/cardstock but not the stamp(s) and layout.

still not started. but like some i don't panic.
i will start after tonight's ATC club. but 1st i have michele's divas. then on saturday my up/upline swap/meeting.
and company before hand.
somehow i get it done. and sleep after!

Gayla, any time after 5:15 p.m. when Michele gets home from dropping off one of her kids at baseball. If we leave about 5:50 we should be at Nancy's by 6:15 p.m.

This has been discussed over and over ....

Is the "at least one embellishment" mandatory? I have a nice, elegant, clean and simple design. There's 4 layers, stamping, and dry embossing. BUT ... an embellishment would NOT help. IMHO, it would deter. Consensus please ...

Oh..... and it's a FULL card for a card front swap.

I vote...... embellishment optional. Sometimes they just don't add anything to the card. You always come up with such amazing cards anyway, Nancy....leave it off!

Scrapped my original shoebox idea and cut some paper and stamped some things at work to start the creative process on my second idea. I'm using NEW stamps...what fun!

I mailed my NJ check on 3/13 or 3/14 so I don't know what's taking so long for it to arrive in NJ.

Heidi, my shoebox is named "Harley the Cool Guy". One sample is done and all the paper is cut. Today I'll make more samples and write the instructions.

Now to get ready for work. TGIF so I can stamp for two days!

DH was so impressed with a PBS show the other night that he bought us tickets to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra on May 4 in Syracuse. He had never heard of them before. How cool is he?? I need to remember to take earplugs!

I have finished all of the cards for the card front swap, I did make full cards it was just easier - I have my SBS designed just need to make a few completed ones and do the cutting.

ATCs are done. CF are done. Recipes are done. 3Ds are cut. I'm making progress.

Nothing will get done this morning. I'm meeting with the bride for the wedding package I'm doing. I've only met with the MOTB so far. This will be interesting.

Just need to do a little trimming on the cardbases and write instructions for my shoebox, pack it all up, and then put together my gift. Door prizes, ATCs, and CFs are all packed and waiting. Today I need to fold all the clean clothes I washed yesterday, put away swaps and finish a couple of cards from the Feb. Ilion gathering. Then I can think about my monthly ATC Club swap and shoebox project, monthly Rolodex swap, and the NJ and Buffalo swaps.

I'll be happy to accept your donations of cards, cardfronts, and ATCs to use for cards for From Our Hearts for the troops to send home to their familes.
