I just want to thank all the girls at the gettogethers for allowing my babe to join me for a few of our gettogethers. The last one I needed him to complete my cards-the hands are getting better but I have had to cut my days at work down to minimal-yea, it sucks!!!

I do want to gettogether for lunch and shopping in Kimswick at the Stamp Pad-that being said, I can only do a Tuesday or a Thursday after the eighth 'cause the kids are to go back to school-unless you all miss them so much-HAHA-I need the day without, know what I mean?

Is anyone interested in attending an additional day of the month to FINISH our altered book-I still have 5 pages to fill and would like to do it as a group since I named my book the SCS shoebox ladies art-well something like that-I love that everyone had such different ideas-does anyone feel they want in on the altered book who wasn't there?

Joanne I am so sorry to hear your brother is declining. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I'm precutting paper for my project and need to know who is attending Saturday. Can we all RSVP by tomorrow. I want to be prepared but don't want to waste a lot of paper for a project I can't use after Saturday. It would be nice to have a count.

Yes I really like the Stamp Pad. She has things there you can't buy at Mikes and Joanns. Very cute shop.

Queen Britt do you think you will join us for next month? The theme is Thanksgiving or Halloween. It's a lot of fun.

I'm about 15 minutes from you. Would you be interested in crafting together?

Thanks HappyD! If I was off that day I would like to. Is it a crop? What do you actually do? I am a cardmaker and scrapbooker. I'm glad there's a little band of St. Louis peeps!

Since te first weekend is a holiday, drill is the second weekend but I am working on getting the afternoon off. Theme is fall or Halloween, right?

First, JoAnn, I am sorry for your loss. We will all me praying for you and your family.
Our next SCS meeting at Barnes and Noble is the second Saturday September 10th. Our theme for Sept is Halloween, or a fall designed card. Fall is my favorite season, so this one should be easy. Again if nothing strikes you with this theme, just make your own designed idea to share. Bring a friend this month, if you would like. We are trying for a big crowd.
