I thought being retired would mean things would be less hectic. Hah! I have my card all planned out. All I have to do is make it and cut out all the pieces. I goofed and created one with lots of pieces but it's really easy to do(for you, that is). I just need another day (lol)! It will get done around midnight tomorrow night. Looking forward to seeing you Kathi and sharing dog stories. Can't wait to see everyone else too. I am in cardmaking withdrawal! Thanks Andrea and Lisa - again and again. You two are terrific!
I'm so looking forward to seeing you Sue and sharing dog stories! Can't believe I will finally get to meet you! I know what you mean about being retired, I don't know how I ever got anything done when I worked!
Andrea and Lisa and Ciera,
Thank you both for organizing the shoe box event. I had a fantastic time! Thank you for all your help with the cards.
Shannon said to tell you, 'Thank you for sharing my Mummy with me. We had a fun day. Can't wait to open my birthday gifts on Sunday!'
Take care and please plan another shoe boxfor the spring.
Thanks Lisa and Andrea for organizing another fantastic day. Thanks to Ciera for you help tool And to think I almost cancelled! So nice to have a huge head start on my Christmas cards. Can't wait for the next one.
Lisa and andrea, thank you so much for hosting the swap. I am sorry that I left a little early wasn't feeling well. I am confused on what happen lynn told me that my box was short 3 cards. When I left there were a total of 25 cards plus the sample in my box. Just wanted you to know that my box was filled with the necessary items (I did not come short with cards). Either someone did an extra card or messed up and used a second card. Luckily the 4 of us work together so they were able to give up their cards that they had done. I cut extra cards and brought them to work with me so they would get their cards back. it seems that they were cards that were there and was not stampin up product (ink and paper). Your post stated that these were the rules. You both put so much hard work into organizing this event and I just wish that everyone would abide by the rules.
What a wonderful Saturday! Thanks so much to everyone for putting so much effort into their cards! Oh! that mouse! So cute! Mine will go to my newest grandson.
A million thanks to Lisa & Andrea! You gals did a great job...as usual!
Many Blessings & Much Joy! Michelle

I'm not sure what happened, but thanks for letting us know. There's no doubt that you brought everything needed for everyone. You're an old hand at swapping! We'll be sure to address this the next time we have a swap.
Hopefully you heard Andrea announce that we are hosting a yard sale this week that will include lots of stamps, paper, inks, embellishments, and organizing items, as well as a ton of Longaberger baskets and pottery.
