Ugh- it's back to work this morning! Thank goodness it's a short week and we're now working our shortened summer hours!! I'd rather stay home and stamp!!
You can run but you can't hide! I have a great pic of Stacy to share...and I wanted to say thanks for Saturday. It was lovely seeing/meeting everyone. Amanda, as always, such a gracious hostess. Thank you so much for everything.........and I do mean everything. You are way to sweet! Hope you all had a good day yesterday and a wonderful short week. In fact, being a princess, I will give you Friday off for good behaviour :^)

LOL you are a good princess!!! I actually get Friday off and my company is very stingy with holidays off...I think one year xmas was on a Sunday and we did not get Friday or Monday off!!!!

I am having two of my cross-line come over for lunch and some stamping today. We have lost our up-line somewhere along the way but we have managed to stay tight. I sometimes wonder though what happened to the rest of the group. We had a rather large group at one time that used to do bi-monthly meetings. Hmmmm.
Wooohoooo Okay I am going with August 15th 11 am.....bring your booties and be prepared to shake them (just kidding) I think I had too much coffee this morning LOL
Seriously though Aug 15th is the winner and I am going to make it a optional card swap (not to be confused with clothing optional) This means if you want to participate in a card swap we will have one going...if you are not up for a swap bring some supplies and you can just stamp along and do your own thing! Please RSVP by PM'ing me so I can let the swappers know how many we have participating.
Food wise I will do main dish and a dessert.....if you would like to bring some sides or if you have a special item you think would fit well in a luau (no ladies dont expect to see me in that bra/aka large pasties again LOL) feel free to bring it!!! PM me what you think you may bring when you know so I can fill in any holes if we have any. I have tons of Sodas/condiments/paper plates/sweet tea so drinks are covered as well.

We drive from store to store. The only walking is out of the car to the store, inside the store, and then back to the car. We won't make ya hike the Amish farmlands. I'll save that for next time!! LOL J/K

We drive from store to store. The only walking is out of the car to the store, inside the store, and then back to the car. We won't make ya hike the Amish farmlands. I'll save that for next time!! LOL J/K

I am thinking of doing a flea market table too to thin out some junk so I may be a no go as well.....
well my mother was making hot dogs and mac & cheese for lunch...Instead of using my Cuisinart grill (like george forman), or microwave for the hot dogs she decides to fry them.....However, instead of pulling out a fry pan and throwing the hot dogs in she get my super small pampered chef fry pan puts OIL in it and turns the fire on HIGH I smelled something off and was just walking in to investigate when she tosses in a hot dog - it literally shot flames straight up all the way into the hood (thank god it was there cause it did not hit the wood LOL) So needless to say I ran got the counter grill and showed her how to cook the remaining hot dogs All is well but wow I am scared to go on my business trip LOL

Woo Hoo! I received my stamp sets from Sherrod Studios today to start playing with! I got 3 sets- one a beach set, one a birthday set and one a thinking of you-type set. They're very cute! DH is going for a motorcycle ride this evening so I'll go straight to my stamp room to see what I can do with them!!!

The sneaks I see look cute...how well do they stamp though, i notice they are acrylic and now that I am actually using my stamps LOL I am finding myself leaning towards red rubber.

I just posted my first 'sneak peek' of Sherrod Studio's new stamp line on my blog. These stamps are so easy to color and are very cute! Stacy- even though they're acrylic, they stamp very cleanly. I had no trouble with them at all. If you're interested, check out my blog! I hope to get a couple more cards made before the website goes live on July 1st.

yep just another day with Nana LOL....Mary - I love your cute card you made with your sherrod studio stamps!! Your trip photos are cool too! I love that light house and wow I am soooo staying on your good side with you having ties to one of the ladies hung that was accused of witchcraft!! That is really quite an amazing history you have!!
Looks like scentsy added some new warmers to the close out section on my website...unfortunately they can only be ordered thru there. Took us forever to figure that out when mom wanted the lighthouse warmer which btw looks MUCH better in person! Well off I go to try to get some work done and then some Sleep!!!
