GENERAL INFORMATION:
*This swap is ASSEMBLY-STYLE: stamping/coloring is done beforehand; at the swap we assemble the cards, including punching, folding, ribbon-ing, embellishing, etc.
*Each person attending will bring at least one sample of a completed card project and kits of the sample to complete.
*Each kit should be in some type of baggie, be pre-cut, pre-stamped, ribbon cut, etc. The baggies should be placed in a shoebox or basket to be brought to the swap.
*Envelopes are not required unless card is non-standard size.
The swap is not limited to cards...other paper projects are welcomed.
The number of kits to be brought will be determined after the close of the sign-up period. Only one card/project is required; however, it is always nice to have a second project, especially if the group is small. It is entirely up to you.
* Bring your own tool kit: it should include scissors, bone folder, adhesive, glue dots, pops ups or foam tape and any other tool that might be useful. If a particular tool or item is needed for your card/project, please indicate to hostess when signing up or sometime before the swap.

Reason: editing stamper list
Good group going! Just a note: if we end up using the community room we'll have to skip the potluck (no outside food). I'll make sure to let everyone know one way or the other when the date is closer.
Yay, we'll have a fun time!
Ladies if you could make sure your real name is in your post somewhere when you sign up, I'd appreciate it. I think I've got everybody correct so far but it does get a little confusing!
Karen requested a couple of additional supplies for your tool kits:
1. Glue dots, the smaller, the better
2. Dimensionals
3. The long narrow sides (not sure what they are called...the part that is left over when all of the glue dots are gone) These are not crucial because regular glue dots can be used, but long narrow strips are better)
All right I got everyone updated. There are just a couple more spots so if you're thinking about it, sign up now!
We will be at my house, so let's do the original pot luck plan. Can't wait to see all your "green" creations ;)
OK stampers, we are officially closed with a final count of 17. That means one completed sample and 16 kits.
Things to remember:
This is an assembly style swap, so stamp/color your images beforehand; all we'll need to do at the swap is assemble.
Our theme is GREEN, in whatever interpretation you like.
Potluck! Bring whatever you'd like to share, main/appetizer/dessert.
I'll be emailing participants with this info and my address. Looking forward to Saturday!
Fantastic swap ladies -- great friends and great cards!
I found a couple of left behind items... the green drink holder has been claimed but I still have the glass bowl the nuts arrived in -- is it yours anybody?
