HA! You said So. IL and not Kentucky!!!!... and you are from So. IL! Sorry, I was born and raised in KY and am so used to people making KY jokes. Especially the ones about everybody being kin to one another...
Okay ladies, I am feeling like Fievel here: "I'm all alone, in the world!!"
I am just feeling stressed and panic ridden. Finally I have time to work on my card and nothing is working for me. You are not alone, I am just is a quandry about my card. My image is too big for my card and for what I want to do with it. Back to the drawing board.
Ya, I hope, but right now, I don't know, I am trying to look for inspiration, but I hate doing that, so I am only looking in my gallery, how pathetic is that...

I am waving a cute little wand and nothing is appearing before my very eyes.
Shirley & Jess....what in the world are ya'll still doing chatting it up online....go work on that card!!! I'll be mother hen-telling ya'll what to do...LOL
I finally decided on what I was going to do for my card. Took it to work and showed my friend. She liked it. I've got all my cardstock cut, now I gotta to go cut my ribbon and package it up. Thought I would just check in and see what's up.
Trying to decide how early I need to leave my house to get there and not miss breakfast. Gotta start my day out healthy. I don't skip breakfast.

Jenn, can't we come and let everyone help us make up our kits if we ever decide what to make?
I just went to Wal Mart. Got idea now, just gotta work it out. Whew, hope I can get my finished cards done and packets made by noon tomorrow. We are going up tomorrow afternoon sometime to set up things at the church and package prizes, etc..
I can tell ya one thing. Jess can work fast when it comes to cards.. I have seen her do it on SCS.
Well, when I got ready for the Arlington swap from the minute I sat down to make my card to the time I had the last packet together it was 2 1/2hrs, and I had to do forty, so I think I got this!!I hope!!

Sounds like you are about done with yours.
You do know there will be breakfast foods in the morning when you arrive. Muffins, bread and fruits were what we had last year.
Yep, that's right, I married a mommas boy!! But I love him, and he lets me stamp my days away and never says a word about all the dust!!
That is good that he never says anything about the housework. Mine doesn't say much, but I feel guilty when I know I have not done a single constructive thing during the day. Ofcourse the days he does say something about me not doing anything, he lives to regret it. LOL He left me a note today about needing laundry. I thought about delivering to the laundromat for the ladies there to do. Just kidding, but it would have been funny.
One time he did say something about me doing cards all the time. Something like cards, cards, cards. The next day I told him I would no longer be stamping and going to workshops. I would just go to the Moose and play cards with the guys there. Nothing like switching to another type of cards. Becky and I played a joke on him and he thought we were at the Moose. He doesn't say anything anymore, guess he saw it could get worse. LOL
I finally have a card. Now I have to make the second one and do the packets.
Jenn, aren't you proud I finally figured out my card? The way I decided to do it, I will have to stamp the image for everyone here at home. I am off to stamp images.
Good for you, now I just need to figure out mine. Man it's a good thing I didn't have to work today!!
I don't know why my mojo takes so long to get it jump started when I really need a card. I went to bed at 2 am and my packets are not done so back to working on those.
Now don't you girls go being all tired and yawny tomorrow staying up so late like that. I have to have my beauty sleep If only that worked!
I freaked out when I went to cut my ribbon for my cards last night. I ran out. Lucky for me I bought this little box of coordinated types of ribbon spools. I ended up using up a second roll and started on the third. Let me tell those little spools don't hold much. Oh well, variety is the spice of life, right?

I know how that goes, that is what I had to do on my lst swap. Not a problem at all.
DH would never move, that would be to far from his momma...boohoo
So you married one of those guys too... When me and my DH got married, I was living in Marion. When we started house looking, he made it very clear he wanted in Harrisburg (his mom lives here also). Does he know something about Harrisburg that I don't?

YAY Shirley! I just hope you get all those packets done. Oh, and have you made your nametag? I haven't yet, but will throw something together tonight.
WOOHOOO!!!! I am DONE!!! I didn't let myself get on SCS today until I had them done. Okay, that's a fib, I posted one comment to all my favorite threads, and then I stamped stamped stamped, cut cut cut, cuttlebugged cuttlebugged cuttlebugged, and now I am tired tired tired!! Can't wait to meet you all tomorrow!!

No name tag, no card packets finished. Just got back from going to sit things up at the church and packaged prizes, etc. Ok, packets are next on my list.
OMGosh, did it storm like CRAZY there or what?? IT is GREEN here!!yikes!!
It didn't storm here as much as it did when we were in Benton this evening.
The Huck's sign blew down and some of it was almost down to Casey's. It rained so hard on our way home, we had to pull off the road.
Been working on packets. Had to come and sit down, my back hurts when I have to stand in one spot. I am using the sizzix and nesties and I always stand to do that.
