Sorry to miss the gathering this time, but will be visiting Mickey and Minnie in FL after DD runs her half marathon at WDW. See you at the 2018 spring gathering......
You will NOT be making 26 shoeboxes. More likely just shy of 20 (plus the 4 completed). Please give me a couple of days to finalize and wrap things up.
I really haven't run off. Just been busy what with our new grandson having arrived a bit early. (He was due today.) Also, have been discombobulated by renovations happening at home and some doctors' appointments that have gotten in the way.
I expect to have numbers finalized over the weekend, which gives you nearly a month to create. Take a look at the counts now on Page 1 and LMK if you notice that you're missing from any swaps you signed up for.
Also, I will be asking MANY to make switches from baked goods to something more substantial. Unless you only want to "eat cake" all day long.
If anyone is interested, I will be bringing some red "Gable" food grade boxes that measure 7 x 9 x 5 inches, not counting the gable top. They come flat. Think of a large Happy Meal box. I had a large order to decorate last year, and have about 50 left. $1 each. The person I did this for used them to give out her Xmas cookies.

congratulations on your new grandson.
when you have food planned out-just give me an idea of what you would like me bring.
We are officially closed! There will be 3 tables of 9/table. You will create at two tables so will need 18 kits plus your 4 completed cards. Watch this thread for more info.
I'll report, too! Candy, shoebox and 3x3s need doing. SU and tags complete...gift almost complete. I believe I have 2 retired SU stamp sets for door prizes. I think I'm in good shape with 2 weeks to go...now to get the last few details tied up for tomorrow's Stamp-a-Palooza.......
I'm not ahead of the game.but this weekend is for enjoying matthew.and his BFF 's wedding.which is this afternoon.
beautiful weather for an outdoor wedding.

of course once Matthew leaves tomorrow
If anyone has a Not Quite Navy ink refill (full or otherwise) they would be willing to part with, I'd LOVE to purchase it from you. I don't need it before this gathering, so we could do the hand off there. THANKS!
Karen, I will likely have a Big Shot set up for embossing for one of the M&Ts. I do think embossing ahead of time is perfectly acceptable, however. Do whichever seems best. Thanks for asking. And thanks for helping Judy out with the reinker.
OK, we're down to less than a week away. I hope everyone is well into making their shoeboxes and swaps or at least has a firm idea in mind.
As usual, even though we will be well-fed during the event, we'll be going out to dinner afterwards. I will be making a reservation at Vito's, which is a new spot. It's in East Syracuse, so it's very easy to get there. Everyone is welcome!
I have paper and envelopes available for purchase.
200 sheets of 100# white Cougar super smooth for $20 - 8 available
250 sheets of 80# white Cougar super smooth for $20 - 2 available
200 sheets of 110# white Cougar smooth for $20 - 3 available
