The sunshine IS beautiful...from INSIDE, but it's FREEZING outside. Good day to stay in and create.
I can attest after the 5 mile race this morning, it is not fun outside! And then our water heater broke. :(
P.S. I try to be a tough cookie, but shivering in the shower after shivering outside is where I draw the line.

Stamping Up swaps are done, and it is 18 degrees here. Got to hand it to you Heidi, I was warm in my bed early this morning, not even thinking of the cold, hope your hot water heater is fixed soon or you can find a nice friend or neighbor. Our sewer is fixed and I did wash yesterday for the first time in three weeks at home.

Judy K, I may actually be right up there with you in being finished! And I have six get well cards with envelopes for the church. WHEW! I just need to check everything in my shoebox.
I should try to be finished by Wed. night so I can drop my stash to Arlene on Thursday... but I'll probably have my DD drop off on Friday so I have the extra night to finish.
I also had ATC club to do for tomorrow night (one less night to complete my swaps too). And we're having company for dinner on Wednesday.... why did I agree to THAT?? LOL
I'm done with NVR and SU. My ATC's are prepped to finish on my lunch hour tomorrow. I'll be done with recipes in about 15 minutes. Keep on plugging ...
Probably shouldn't have taken the time to make pizza for dinner and a big batch of oatmeal cookies... Never enough time in a weekend huh?

I had said that I would bring brownies, but since Cathy has already signed up for brownies, would you like me to make some of those mini hot dogs in the barbecuey sauce instead???
__________________ We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors...but they all have to learn to live in the same box.
I have bowling Tuesday night, have to be in Geneva Wednesday through Friday for work and then go to the Binghamton Senators hockey game Friday night.... my shoebox and NVR swap had to get done this past weekend! I'll go out to dinner with everyone after (Lost Dog is really good!) but then I have to get to another hockey game - Busy, busy!

Nancy - I am going to send Arlene home with a finished card for you since I got complicated...again! I may tweak it to make it a little easier to construct but since there are only 18 of us (17 projects) I will probably leave it as is.

I texted Meg Sunday and she is taking it day by day because of her father. I told her that if she did the swaps she could drop them off to me. She said she'd make a decision by today but I haven't heard from her.

allen's dad had heart valve surgery today. so far so good.
allen's going down friday night.
ladies i have a request......
my sister is working w/ a woman who is going for her GED. 1 of the things this lady-(who has nothing) does is walk 3x a week to class. each way is a mile & half. she only has sneakers. i'm hoping someone can donate a pair of winter boots to her. she is a size 9 1/2 to a 10.
tara (my sister) has gotten her a coat,hat & gloves. we have checked our 2nd hand stores.

I already printed lists of the people in each swap, so you don't need to do that.
