Carolina Spring Fling #6 in Columbia, SC

Good Morning Ladies,

Spring is fast approach so it is time to start planning this SHOEBOX SWAP!

Charleston girls did a great job with our last swap.
We want this time in Columbia to be the biggest EVER!!!

So let's start with picking the date that works best for all of us. So far May has been suggested...

I agree w/ Mother's Day (5/11) or Graduation usually at the end of May. Sounds like it it would have to be the 17th or 24th if y'all have it in May. I am so looking forward to seeing everyone again...and of course our new bride.

Hey Amy, just mark off a spot way in the back of the parking lot that I can back into...LOL. I am finally going in this week to get my car repaired. Please put me down for dessert of some sort and a door prize.

BTW, how many Carolina Girls are going to convention this year? We need to see if we can stay at the same hotel so we can all hang out together. How about looking into buying denim shirts "STAMPED" w/ SCS Carolina Girls. We can all get photographed with Shelley. Hugs, Patti

MAY 3rd is the date for our Carolina Girls #5 Shoebox Swap. From 9:30 - 2:30 at Copier Sales and Service, Inc., 8610 Farrow Road, Columbia SC - We will have Name Tag Contest - Bring a Door Prize to be part of the drawing for Door Prize. Bring wonderful food to help keep our strength during this great time of stamping. Also, if you bring some killer food item please bring the recipe. Last day to sign up is the 26th of April. The final number will be posted on Monday the 28th of April. Thanks Amy

Patti beat me to the bunch on t-shirts or some sort of shirt. I sent Laura an email this am asking about koozies, and some other something we can have available for everyone once they get her. Laura or myself will post what she is able to do with pricing and a sign up sheet as to who wants what and size...

I have the scrap book and I will put in the pictures from the Chas get together. You can take over the scrapbook at Columbia.

I will send it with Sally or someone from Chas. May 3rd is the only weekend in May that I will not be able to make it. We are leaving for Italy on the 20th of April and I think we get in very late on the 3rd of May. I was really hoping you guys would do it after Mother's Day weekend. Bummer......I will miss y'all.

However, I want a coozie & a denim shirt if y'all are looking into those. I know someone in this group must do Embroidering, if not, I think I know someone that can do that. Let me know. Hugs, Patti
