Default Zutter Corner Rounder....

Where have I been??? LOL! My friend has a pink Zutter corner rounder, and I used it for the first time the other day. I loved it! It's on my Christmas wish list! As I've aged, I don't have the hand strength that I used to, and this was so much easier to use than my punch! So....How many of you card makers have one of these? Do you like it? Are their problems with it? TIA!!

I have one I found at Tuesday Mornings. I'm using it currently for a cute Halloween treat bag, and rounding the corners. It does well for that!

Zutter has two sizes. I have them both and love them. I wanted something that will work with thicker material (cardboard, matboard) in addition to cardstock and these corner rounders do the job easy peasy

I had both sizes of the Zutter brand, but like the Corner Chomper the best. The Zutter ones left a small notch in the rounded portion, no matter what material I was using.

I'm a Corner Chomper fan as well (made by We R Memory Keepers). I already owned the Crop-o-Dile and had found it to be a very well made tool so I bought the Chomper without hesitation. The fact that there are two sizes on one tool made it much more attractive than the Zutter Round It All (twice the storage space and twice the price to get the two sizes from Zutter).

I was so pleased with it I bought the new Chomper when it came out so I now have four rounding sizes (the original has 1/4" and 1/2" radius and the newer one has 1/8" and 3/8"). Both Chompers go through thick chipboard or mountboard easily but also cut through a sinlge layer of cardstock cleanly (which is the main criticism I've heard of the Zutter tool - it's great on thick stuff but tends to chew up single sheets of thinner material).

The Chomper is a pliers style tool so there's a chance it might not suit your hands as well but I would certainly recommend seeing whether you can try one out before you part with your $$$.

Thanks for that info Joanne! I greatly appreciate everyone's input!! I am leaning toward the chomper, since I get 2 sizes in one machine!!

Love my Corner Chompers! I have a few and they are great. Cuts down on number of individual punches to keep organized, plus they chomp right through chipboard and acrylic.

The corner chomper sounds great!! I like that they now have 4 sizes of rounded corners and I googled and it looks like they also offer shaped corners, too.

Has anyone tried the Fiskars corner rounder? 3 sizes, 1tool. But I dont know how it compares to the chomper which I hear is great.
