Default Wine Charms

Good morning! I'm in search of wine charms that are NOT made with shrink plastic. If you know of any in the gallery or have some ideas, I'd greatly appreciate them. Thanks!

I have made not made them with shrink plastic, but with jewelry charms and beads. I don't have pictures of any, but I just bent the wire so the hooks would catch each other, and made sure they were bent enough that the beads would not fall off. I chose some large- 1" or so charms and put a few beads on each side. You could get all the same charms, or have a theme of like charms for different ones.

Charms are so hot right now -- at the craft store you can find any theme/style you can think of. For wire, I use a memory wire and don't make a hook, it just springs back to it's circle shape after you open it to put it on the glass.

I don't have any pictures, but I once made some using large hoop earrings, seed beads, and charms.

I bought hoops that looked like this.

I put a crimp bead at each end to make sure the other beads wouldn't slide off when you open and close the earring. If you don't know how to use a crimp bead, you could simply put a small dab of jewelry glue inside the first bead and the last bead to keep them from sliding off.

I also made them with beads and charms. I used 1 1/2 in. hoop earings that already have the "hook" on the top. Got them at Michaels - $3.99 for a 40 pack, I think. In the beading section. I've seen them cheaper online (ebay?) but don't really need a 300 pack. lol
