Where's my Ginkgo Biloba when I need some?
Good morning!!
I need some extra brain creativity help..
My daughter is in a club at school that pertains to her vetenarian magnet program.. so they want to do some sort of fund raisers to help with money to go to competitions this year.
She said one year someone was selling things that can the kids put on their pencils for a decoration or put on their backpacks.. (to me that sounded along the lines of shrinky dink stuff) I suggested maybe doing scrapbook pages, God knows I have loads of 12x12 paper that I wont use up in this lifetime.. as well as embellishments.. (SU and non SU products) .. with that being said.. what would you charge (if we go that way) for a 1 or 2 pages...
or something else the kids can sell that would go over good.. Anyone else do something along those lines ?
Or anything else that comes to mind will be HIGHLY helpful

I think that keychain albums would be fun - they're fast and easy to make and really cute, too! I saw them online somewhere and figured out how to make them. I've attached a few thumbnails, and there's a tutorial on my blog HERE. You can get the lanyard hooks in bulk at Joanns or Michaels (maybe even Walmart) in the jewelry section, and you could use elastic hair thingies instead of ribbon to close them, if you wanted.

Those are just so cute! Good for you for figuring out how to make them. I looked at your tutorial and it's great. Thank you for sharing.

Sue, I hope it's okay with you that I shared a link to your tutorial in the Techniques forum. The gals there are always looking for cute little things to make for craft fairs.

Wow - thanks, everyone! I thought that they were cute (which is why I wanted to figure out how to make them), but had no idea you all would like them, too. Bugga - I'm flattered that you would think enough of them to post the link - of course it's okay! Thanks...
