When I click on "My Gallery," it says "Sorry, we came up empty on your search terms. Check your spelling?" AAAAGHHHHH! I had a ton of photos in there! Where are they?
Thank you, ailhelen! I, unfortunately, still can't see my own gallery anymore. Not sure why, but I'm glad to hear it hasn't been mysteriously deleted. All I get is this message: "Sorry, we came up empty on your search terms. Check your spelling?"
I did try to ask in the "Contact us" form but that didn't go through either. It told me I needed to fill out the subject and message boxes, which I already had done. :( Maybe there's a glitch. I'll try again tomorrow.
when I get something wonky like that I clear my cookies just to see if that is an issue. Feels like starting with a clean slate. Wonder if that would help with this?
It can also help to do a 'hard' refresh by pressing CTRL F5 ie: the Function 5 key - assuming you have a Windows computer. Hold down the CTRL key and then press the F5 key. A hard refresh is a way of clearing the browser's cache for a specific page, to force it to load the most recent version of a page ie: a hard refresh will bypass any cached files and display the web page as it currently appears on the server. Sometimes, when changes are made to the website, they don't register immediately due to caching on your computer. Hope this helps
P.S. If you have a Mac, let me know and I'll try and find out what it is for that system.

Reason: added something to explain what I meant
Naomi, it's the same for me, when I click on "see Naomi's gallery" I get the same message as you, and when I click on the link that Skynacho posted I get the same message. Hmm. will be coming back here to see if there is a solution posted. Hope it gets cleared up.
There is a site support/technical issue forum all the way at the bottom of the forums list. You can post your issue there. That forum gets checked very regularly by the moderators. Here's the link: Site Support, Technical ?s and Suggestions - Splitcoaststampers
Whew, it's back again. I don't know what happened, but it seems to have resolved itself! Thanks for the ideas, everyone. I'll remember them in case this happens again!
