Default What's your favorite SU! color combo?

One thing Stampin' Up! has done for me is challenge me to think about color in a new way. I can't believe how I use colors now -- I try combinations I never would have considered before!

What's your favorite, off-beat or surprising color combination?

I am color challenged. The most surprising, to me, combo that I liked was Eggplant Envy or Perfect Plum with Old Olive. I don't know why I didn't think it would work, but I like them together. I need to get a color coach one of these days to help me out.

Several: the kraft paper with black and real red and summer sun and turquoise. Oh, and I love barely banana with burgundy and black. Oh, and I also love old olive and night of navy. I could go on and on.

I have the color coach and it is ok -- not great -- but sometimes helpful. I get more help by just fooling around with the zillion scraps that are everywhere!!

I made a card recently with pink passion and green galore - I stamped a bitty background with black and I just loved the contrast and the brightness. Never would have thought of it before.

I just got a card from someone that used Pretty in Pink, Green Galore and Glorious Green. I would have never put those together, but I liked it. I need to "step outside of the color box" more often.

I love close to cocoa and pretty pink; also love chocolate chip and rose red. My favorite, though, has to be tempting turquoise and green galore.

Well this always seems to vary, but over the holidays I liked pairing my Real Red with Ballet Blue instead of the "traditional" green.

At first glance, I thought this thread would repeat some of the typical: Brilliant Blue & Green Galore, or Mellow Moss & Perfect Plum; But- leave it up to you gals to INSPIRE me again!!! I have so much Taken With Teal CS because I never know what to put it with, and now I know- COPPER!!! Perfect!!! And, I love "wittys" new holiday pair: Real Red & Ballet Blue- going to try that next!

So, here's my .02: Sage Shadow, Ballet Blue, Rose Red and Banana... any combo of these 4 are sweet together

I've been in a "springy" mood lately, and Pink Passion and Only Orange, with white, just makes me happy! Reminds me of sherbet, which also makes me happy!

Here's another link, with visuals of the color combos. The titles don't look like SU, but the color combos are SU colors. The visual really helps me to actually see how they are going to look together - a whole new world! (By the way - page down to see the combo links - past the ordering parts - you don't have to pay for these.)
