Default What to do with the Cellophane bags?

I want to use them for Valentine's Day but I can't remember what you can do with them! I know you can tie a ribbon but how can you decorate them? I am thinking you can't heat emboss (melt?), I imagine stamping would smear, so I need help! TIA! P.S. I am not a demo just an obsessed stamper.

Put your Valentine treat inside, and top with with a cute stamped saying, hearts etc. You can make your stamped top a fold over, staple, brad and ribbon or whatever you lilke. I usually make my foldover at least 1 1/2 to 2 inches. Gives me more to stamp and play with. Have fun.
