It looks like you have everything your scanner scanned. When you preview with the scanner, select only your card and that will be the only thing the scanner will save when it actually scans. Then go into photo editor and edit for size if you need to.
After I scan my cards I save them to my desktop and once the icon shows up on my desktop for the saved card, I open it up (which it opens up through Microsoft Picture at this point) there I crop it and save it again and that way all you see is your card up-close for the gallery. I hope that was helpful enough.
