those mini comp books we all like to decorate - - their 6/$1.00 at Walgreens this week. (fine print says "limit 6) - - - take the kids, grandma, the babysitter and dogs and cats and get more than 6 !! LOL
Just got back from Walgreens. What a deal! I got the 4 x 6 ones and they are usually $.99 each. The clerk let me get 12 even though the coupon said limit 6. I think I'll go back in a couple of days and get some more. This would be a great and cheap make and take for a Wow at a workshop!
I used those little comp books as part of my DD favors for her bridal shower in March. I covered with cs and decorated. They came out so cute...made 52 of them so I used the Walgreens sales everytime they had one. I would go in and buy the limit. Go to other stores in area and get the limit etc. It's such a great deal!!
Smiles, Joanne
Oh man, I bought those because I have them next to the computer to write down idea's and color combo's, etc. My daughter and 2 Grandson's came over today and I passed them out because they like to write in them, and my daughter uses them for the same thing I do. I forgot all about decorating them, well back I go.

I just dropped my daughter off at the library and went to the Walgreen's down the street to buy 6. When I went to pick her up, we went to the walgreens by our house and I bought 6 more, plus she bought 6. I plan on going there like every 5 minutes until they either run out or figure out that I am a notebook stalker.
BUMPING UP - - but "imaginary friend" had me on the floor laughing!!
Someone asked how to cover them and someone PM'd me asking questions - -those of you who've been here longer than me (which now would be over a year...lol)
Can't people find completed designed ones in the gallery under "anything but a card?" You can basically cover them with cardstock or paper using just your fave adhesive.....
Sorry, I had forgotton to mention the coupon, but yes the store normally has their flyers there.
