Vikings notebook code and Felt surface easel??

Does anyone have the code for Vikings notebooks that are 5 cents each if you buy $25? I read the post on this but could not find the code.

Also, does anyone know where to get a presentation stand/easel that is covered with felt? I know SU! sells them on supply as a part of the show on the go but I am interested in just the stand.

They look like regular presentation easels but have black felt on the surface so you can put Velcro dots.
