Default Urgent ...Is anyone in the Santa Barbara area? or Goleta?

If so, I am here for my mother in law's funeral this week. At the last minute I was asked to make an album for guests to write memories in at her 'Going Away' Party. I've ordered all the items/album for overnight delivery to the to the house where we are staying, but I FORGOT the inks!!!

Is there any chance that someone is in the Santa Barbara area that can meet me so I can borrow your Chocolate ink and Riding Hood red inkpad? It should not take more than a few minutes - maybe we could meet at the library or ?? I would really appreciate it if you could!

I wish I would have thought to bring my own ink!! I will be checking out the store that my SIL said is in Goleta tomorrow.....

Thanks much!
Elaine

I'm sorry I'm not closer, or I would have certainly helped you out.

Sorry for your loss.

Thank you, Debbie. I think we will see if there is a place to get a regular stamp pad (might even go to an office supply store).

Have you tried checking the Demo locator to find SU Demos in that area? That might be a place to start.

Sorry I'm too far south.

Last time we visited Santa Barabara (a few months ago) I went to a scrap store - just off of State St. - the back side of Paseo Nuevo I think. They had some rubber stamps so I'm pretty sure they had ink as well but I don't remember specifically. You could call and check.

Found it - here's a link

I live in Lompoc and don't have the stamp pads you need. There is a good craft store in Goleta on Hollister, not sure the actual address but it is in a small shopping center that has a grocery store in it. It is possibly off of Patterson, not sure exactly.

I found brown ink at the craft store in Goleta. No 'riding hood red', so I'm hoping still that someone MIGHT be able to pull through~

Thank you, ladies, for your help and answers so far....

Email me if you have any questions...

I bought the new punch and wanted to use one of the stamps in there. If worse comes to worse, I'll just use the brown and forego the red. I found a brown inkpad at Michael's today that I like.

Thank you for the idea though!
