Does anyone know if you can unlink cartridges from the Gypsy. I have an expression, gypsy and cartridges and would love to sell it as a bundle. It is like new. Not sure how to do that? Any input would be appreciated.
Well...If you have the cartridge on your Gypsy, you do not need th cartridge to use it! Any cartridge in the Cricut will let it operate and you can get replacement books and overlays, but the info you need is all on your Gypsy...

That is correct. You do not need the actual cartridge once it is loaded on your Gypsy as long as you are always going to use your Gypsy to design and cut with. But according to the EULA you can not sell a link Cartridge.
If they are being sold in a bundle, why would it matter? The person buying the bundle would get all of the carts and the gypsy with the machine, right?

No, you can't unlink them. It's in the EULA. I am nerdy and read the whole thing. Plus, when the Gypsy first came out I asked and asked and asked again if we would be able to unlink. The answer was maybe in the future. This was when the Gypsy first came out. I bought the Gypsy and three years later we can't unlink. The final word is no we will not be able to unlink. I am kind of in the same position. I would like to unlink so I can sell the Gypsy. I am not crazy about the Gypsy. It's not a tool for me.
I appreciate all your input!! Very helpful here. I am hoping to sell it as a bundle. But they may only want the expression and some cartridges w/out the Gypsy. I was just trying to find out the correct way to do it. I am just not using it!!
