You can also use a small circle punch and get the same effect. Stick the corner of your paper in the circle punch until it looks like 1/4 of a piece of pie, then punch.

I don't have the ticket punch yet and I'm hoping to get one soon, but in the mean time I just use my 1/4" circle punch (or you can use a slit punch) to snip the corners. Here's a card I made using my circle punch for the corners:

I do this when I am too lazy to go get the ticket corner punch  Works great too! Plus you can adjust the size when doing different sized projects where you want that effect.

I LOVE my ticket corner punch and use it all the time. I actually have two of them since they are only $6.95. I keep one in my stamp room and one in my bag that I take to workshops, classes, crops, etc. I have one around at all times)
The ideas you ladies have given are super! I like to do something decorative with my corners and usually use a rounded corner punch. I just purchased the inverted punch, but haven't used it yet. I actually like the ideas given her better, since it will give a bit larger inverted corner.
Thanks for the ideas. My new punch may not see much use except for very small items.
LaLatty.....The card you reference is very pretty.
I just ordered one from my SU! demo this week. Can't wait to get it. I've also used my small scalloped circle punch on the corners. It looks like someone took a little bite out of the corner. Very cute!
I am planning on signing up to be a demo this next week and this is definitely going on my first order after I sign-up! I love all the cards I see that use this!

Your card is stunning, and I think your corners look better than the ones I've done with the real ticket punch!
Thank you so much I have the ticket corner punch on my wish list, but then I think I don't really need it becuase the 1/4" circle punch does the same thing.

Thank you so much Glad you liked my card. Actually I don't do that very often to the corners on my cards. Sometimes I forget about doing that.
I too used the circle punch to do my corners. Though I went ahead and ordered the ticket punch and am so glad I did. My corners always match now and it is so much quicker. I highly recommend it! That's my two cents on it...
