I'm interested in getting a few of these, but they only show the picture colored in. Does anyone know how they look just stamped in one color and not colored in?
Cornish Heritage Farms has its own forum and gallery. There are many Kinkade images done monochromatically. I love them that way! I brayer the image and make about 10 impressions and save them for future use. they are so versatile as they work for sympathy, birthday, etc.

they look beautiful in monochrome, I have quite a few cards in my gallery, go take a look! you will notregret owning these wonderful images.
I just looked at your gallery and your cards are wonderful, I even showed DH and he was very impressed with the looks of your cards. Thank you for sharing.
Did you find the gallery OK? The designer samples are all categorised by the different stamps so if there are a few you're thinking of, you can browse through all the projects made with those stamps and see how they look both mono and coloured - you'll find that here if you haven't seen it already. All the great projects made by members of the CHF gallery are here and although they're not split up into categories, you can always use the keyword search. If you're searching, the right way to spell his name is Kinkade so you may get more hits that way.
There's so much detail on these stamps that they do look beautiful stamped in one colour! You can get a really elegant card with very little stamping effort.
Joan B is right - the best way to get really good, even ink coverage for an awesome impression is to brayer the ink onto the stamp. I love Versafine with these images and Adirondack dye ink in Espresso usually looks fabulous, too - just a bit softer than black but still great coverage and detail.
HTH! If you have more questions, you can always ask here or over on the CHF forum and somebody will be able to help out!
Thanks Joanne. I'm loving all the images in the gallery! I may have to get more than I thought I wanted.
US shipping is free if you spend over $35 which helps - you can spend the shipping money on a stamp instead
I don't know whether you have any other stamps with this level of detail - one thing you might want to consider if not is to make sure you have some really smooth cardstock on hand to stamp onto. It makes such a difference to the quality of the impression you'll get.
I love the Thomas Kincade stamps and I already have a couple of them, I was wondering if anyone knows of a seller in Canada. Don't get me wrong I have bought my other stamps from CHF and had fantastic service I was just wanting to see if I can get them here in Canada so I don't have to pay alot in exchange and duty. TIA.
Thanks alot NancyRuth! Now I have to have some of the Thomas Kinkade stamps. I have held off for years. You are just forcing me to buy! Right ! ?!
Sharon
I use mostly Stampin' Up paper. Is there a better one to use?
I haven't used the SU! so I can't do a direct comparison for you I'm afraid. CHF carry cardstock called "Simply Smooth" that's great for these detailed stamp lines.

I'm afraid I don't know the answer to that but maybe you could contact CHF directly and ask if they can point you to a retailer in Canada? There's a contact link on the CHF pages[/B][/B][/B] you could try.

Hi Jackie
There are two stores in Ontario that I know of that sell them:
The Memory Keeper in Hamilton ON (also carry the paper packs)
Pointer Scrapbooking in Markham
Although neither of them specifically list them on their web sites, both have internet stores and I'm sure if you contact them via email or phone they can ship them out to you.
Let me know if you need the links to their stores.
