Default Is there a way

Is there a way to conver the cricut expression dust cover pattersn fromCustom Crafts to fit my sewing machine?

I am so lost I did make the expression cover turned out really cute but am now lost. And like this pattern just need it longer the width is perfect.

the side piece is what I am having troble with

I added 6 inched on the main piece to make the 12 inches I needed in the top to bottom length but the side piece...Help

Maybe I can help.
I just looked at the pattern I think you are using.
The end pieces are curved at the top and curve inward on the sides near the bottom.
It appears they are gathered a bit and attached to the sides of the rectangle that forms the front and back .

I think it would be difficult to reproduce that "side curve" in a longer size because it will become too narrow at the bottom.

I would suggest re-drawing the end pattern piece
Trace the end piece on newspaper . Put it on a second piece of newspaper and retrace the top of the pattern. Then using a ruler start where the side curve begins and draw a straight line down to the length you need.
You will still have a curved top but the sides will be straight to fit over the sewing machine.

Then gather the top curve only and attach the entire piece to the rectangle that forms the front and back. The sides will now be sewn straight with no gathering.

These are free patterns for Toaster and appliances covers, but you can see what your end pieces should look like "after" you redraw them.
