Glad you liked it - I used Brilliance Ink with a brayer and the Brilliance pad that I used has 3 colors - yellow orange and pink. Just brayer on the reverse side of the embossed image and cut it out ---- I think there might even be a tutorial on here somewhere but I don't know what the technique is called. . .

First, to Garnet J...I agree, that turtle is a real cutie. I think you did a grand job coloring him as well. He looks like he's playing hooky from school.
Second, to vikkijo...Love, love, love the Fall card. Layers upon layers of great paper and embellishments! And the mousie is so cute! You outdid yourself!
My mailbox had 2 flowery cards today! thanks Joan for the layered designer paper flower. Such fun and pretty too! Looks like we have the same stamping 'non problem'!! Love that little ditty! Pat--Thanks for your Happy Birthday flower--pretty and doable too. This is such fun!

In 2006 I had to give up my cat because Clint's dog hated him (the cat was an instigator in it all) He thought he was tougher than a Rottweiler! Yeah right!!
Clint said when Baby passes away I can get a cat again.
She has been gone a month now.
Tonight I come home to a little black kitten sitting in my yard crying.
I live 3 miles from a tar road on 15 acres in the woods. Kittens don't just wander in. He's so cuddly, doesn't mind the dogs. He came in had some food and a drink and Clint made me put him back outside.
He says if he's still here in the morning you can keep him.
LOL Vikki i got those clear envelopes for 1.00 they came 70 to a pk, i can not remember where i got them from though. but i still havent used them all up. i hope you get to keep the cat, poor thing has to go back outside
Oh poor little kitty..i sure hope you get too keep it..perhaps a little bed outside and a bowl of food will keep little kitty near the house..tee heee or sneak it in later on..i know i would

Cathy, I believe that stamp set is Yukon, by SU (if I am thinking of the right card I sent you) It was retired back in 2005 I think.

Kitty was still here in the morning! We have named him Louie. It is so funny to watch him with the dogs. Inside he rules but outside he hides from them. He loves to sneak attack from under the couch or the bed, now our Beagle stands on the bed and barks at him.. so brave! LOL
I have a pic of him with Clint on my blog.
We got snow last night, the dogs went out.. no biggy did their business and come back in. Louie... ran out the door, got about 10' STOPPED and it was like he froze there. I went out and brought him back in, an hour later he went back outside... he's still out watching the birds!

I got happy mail today
from Cathy H (I think it has been lost in postal land awhile!) Very pretty, white and lavender card, tiny little flowers inside and out! Thank you!
