SU hostess sets

Hi everyone,

I am getting close to the $210.00 level and was wondering what are your favourite hostess choices right now? I am having a hard time choosing which ones.

I purposely placed a large order in July so I could get my hands on the "A Cherry on Top" hostess set in the regular catty. LOVE IT!!!!

I really like the Mixed Medley hostess set in the Holiday Catalogue. If you get it in Clear Mount, you'll have enough Hostess $$ to order the matching punch on p7 of the Holiday Catalogue. Looks like a winner combo to me!

I love Mixed Medley too, but unfortunately, the only way to get it is as a hostess, and our club is now sharing hostess credits because there are so few of us, and many times we don't have enough in orders to qualify for the hostess stuff. If we do spend enough, then we have been splitting it and getting papers, but we haven't had enough to get me the $10 set! :(

I like Four Season a lot and you can probably get a good use out of it for the rest of the year and on to next year as well!

Don't feel bad, I just got mixed medley a few days ago and after seeing it in person I hate it - will be tossing it, unused and unopened, in the back of the closet with my other mistakes!

I did get the Four Seasons for the hostess when I started this post. But re the Mixed Medley-check out the cards in the gallery. I didn't think I liked the set, but now, I would get it based on some of the cards I saw in the gallery.

Dal - you should post in the Trade forums! That way you get things from your wish list as well as a cleaner closet, and those who haven't bought enough to earn the hostess sets can get them through you.

I actually checked out the gallery after getting the set to see if anything would make me change my mind, but my opinion is not changed, even with the use of the matching punch it is a fussy set, if the stamps were larger, but they are so tiny they really get lost on the cards. They might work to embellish candy wrappers, since they are so small, which is how they were used in the holiday catalog, but that's about the only use I can see for them. So into the "mistake" closet they are going!
