Default SU Demo ID ???

I finally decided to get off the fence and sign up to be a demo. I just received an email from SU; it contains my password. The demo section of the SU web site also requires a demo ID. How will I get this number? I'm probably being too anxious to get started.
Thanks,
Karla

Your upline should have it. Or you can call SU and get it yourself.

Congratulations!

You can call SU, but mine came in an email within a few hours. Just a side note here, but I was a bit disappointed that the subject line with my Demo # included a blatant typo. "Your now a Stampin Up! Demonstrator!" (should be you're). I also noticed some obvious typos on the demo side of the SU site. I think they need to hire a better proofreader! Okay, enough of my non-related rambling. I'm getting really good at rambling today. Time to get some stampin done!

Can I ask you ladies when you sent in your application to become a demo? Or how long it took to get that first email after applying?

I'm anxiously awaiting to hear from them for my ID as well...i'm due to have a baby in 2.5 weeks and i'm totally new to all this and cannot wait to get some supplies so I can actually DO some stamping! I would LOVE to be able to do a little before this baby gets here. I know that there will be an additional wait time for the demo kit since it's crazy there right now with the new catty orders...ugh! I'm sooo impatient right now!

My upline mailed my application on July 2 and I got my demo # and password on the 5th. My password came first, and I was considering calling SU! for my demo # (my upline was out of town) and got the e-mail while I was sitting there thinking about it. Waiting is the worst part. Hang in there. And congratulations!

Hehehe, think i'm a bit nuts, huh? Yeah, i'm signing up now because I will have until the Jan-March 08 quarter to make my first "real" minimum (i'm going to be making the first minimum myself with the 30% off order...). I want to have about 6 months to use the products before really trying to sell them, so I guess i'll be a hobby demo for a while first!

Thanks!

My demo was sending out my application either on the 3rd or 5th (but i'm thinking it ended up being the 5th since I haven't heard anything yet and because the 3rd was a crazy day for her). So hopefully i'll hear something soon. My upline is also out of town...

Glad to know that they send you both the demo # and password via email!
