Stampin' Up Database
Where can I find a program to keep track of all of my SU! supplies? I can't keep track of what color ink pads I have, and what color cartridges, and refills....and heck I even can't keep track of my stamp sets!
It seems to me that I've seen this out there in cyber land, but can't find it now!
Thanks!

I just keep track of everyting in an Excel spreadsheet. Each sheet in the workbook is one type of item (basically). Stamps, inks and markers, ribbon, cardstock and other paper, accessories. I have what it is, when I bought it and how much it was or if I got it free for a Hostess item.
I also do this for my customers, but not quite as extensive. Each customer only gets one sheet and stamps are a column, inks and cardstock are a column and everything else is a column. The only other thing I keep track of for them is the date of purchase.

Yes, seems that I have seen this too. I would like to know if any of you spectacular ladies keep track of your Stampin Up! supplies. I have bought the same pack of paper once too often!!!

Demonstrators have access on the demo side of the SU! website to a sheet that is broken down by color families and allows you to track, pads (classic & craft) as well as reinkers, markers, paper and so on. Ask your demo to download and print this for you. I am surprised all demos don't provide this to their customers.

Boy, I've been a demo since before there was a site... since before there was an 800 number! And I didn't know that was there! That site is way confusing for me to navigate! I'm going to have to SEARCH and see what treasures I can find!

My SUD e-mailed me the SU inventory sheets that they are allowed to give to customers. Is it OK for me to post them here?

Thanks!
I am a demo, and hadn't even thought to look at the SU! website. But I'll definitely share that with my customers too.
I haven't a clue as to how to work Excel. My dh just installed it on my computer, but I know NOTHING about using Excel. I managed to avoid it when I was in the work force and haven't ever needed it since!
Thanks!

DOH!
SU! does this for us?!
My little stamping click has been tracking everything in Excel. What a waste of time if SU! is doing it already.
