Default Stamper's Group Agreement

I am a new demonstrator and I will be starting a stamper's group. I have seen in the past a form that is basically an agreement to commit to the group for a given length of time as well as a dollar amount. Does anyone have one that I could use as a guide/template?
Thanks

We've had a group for a year (2 six month commitments). We didn't have any kind of written contract. We just agreed to 6 months participation, rotating hostess so everyone gets the bennys, minimum of $25/mo. I don't think any one month has been the minimum, we usually spend way more! HTH.

Yes, our club/group has met for 12 months with 12 participants each getting the benefits on a given month. We had a $15 min. committment, but we just signed up again for another year (Sept-August) and didn't have 12 who would committ to the group so I think our $ committments this next time around will be closer to the $20-25 mark...but as mentioned above...we all spend way more than the min...shame on us!!!! Good luck with your new group. As a member of a group I tell you I certainly look forward to our monthly get togethers. It's a godsend some weeks when you just need to get out of the house for some time with the girlfriends to chat, eat and create!!
