Default Stamp Set Title

Does anyone know what the name of this set is? It's dated 1998. I'm trying to organize my retired sets and this was purchased before I knew what to do with the labels!

It has a grad hat, diploma, Congrats!, May today hold the promise of many bright tomorrows!, a star and some confetti......

Your help is much appreciated!

Jodi
