I can't believe it! The new Papertrey Ink stamp set that was unveiled just yesterday is already sold out and on backorder! Talk about popular! I can't wait to get this set because all of the sayings will fit with our SU punches, like the ovals. Hope they get more in stock soon!
I went on yesterday afternoon and it was already sold out. I can't believe it sold out in mere hours. It's super cute, so I can't wait for it to be back in stock.

I too am disappointed. I would have expected them to have learned from their previous set releases and gotten better at anticipating demand, rather than getting worse. :(
You know that once SCS lets out the secret, that most businessess can't anticipate the overwhelming response. Look at the scallop punches, blank coasters...I'm sure they thought they had the demand calculated, but who really can tell...

They haven't put out a set yet that I don't like but I shamefully haven't ordered yet! I want them all and will want whatever they put out in the future. The Green Thumb is my favorite set - love the watering can. What do you think about the greeting "Season's Greetings" on the Faux Ribbon? I've seen it put with and without the apostrophe in Seasons...which way is right?
Wow. That was just not nice.:( There are tens of thousands of peeps here on SCS. You don't expect papertrey to have enough for everyone do ya? They are on backorder with an anticipated arrival date of 2wks. Patience my lil friend. Maybe next time you can stalk the computer at midnight eastern time on the release date. ;)

I've ordered the Faux Ribbon set on backorder because I just got my other 2 yesterday (Green Thumb and Butterfly Kisses) and LOVE them! So far I've only stamped with SU! Classic inks, but they ink up BEAUTIFULLY even with those....whereas my CTMH clear stamps never did. I have an order in with CHF for the 6 sets of Color Box Fluid Chalk Queues because I wanna use what AmyRuses...I wanna BE AmyR when I grow up, have I mentioned that before?!?

Man I never thought this set would sell out in LESS THAN A DAY!!!!! Yeah it's an awesome set (tho I AM a little prejudiced ;)) but you guys sure took the thing by storm ROFL!!!
I wanted to take a moment to thank ALL of you for your support of Papertrey! You overwhelmed us with your interest in Faux Ribbon, especially in comparison to previous releases, and we were not prepared!
We have been receiving a lot of questions regarding the backorder status of our new Faux Ribbon set. We are hoping to be back in stock by Monday, April 23rd. Backorders will be shipped in the order in which they were received. SO, if you didn't get your set before they sold out, place a backorder now and your order will most likely ship out around the beginning of next week! Thanks for your patience with us! I just checked on my set that i ordered(at midnight) cuz i really wanted it!!! And it came into my post office this morning, so here's hoping it made it onto the truck this morning!!! Amazinginly fast, i got to say!!!
I wouldn't be surprised if the backorders sold out the 2nd shipment. LOL! It really is a cute and very usable set. I could totally see it in my collection!
