I bought my son a snowglobe for Christmas 2009 and some of the water has since evaporated.
Does anyone know what I use to refill it? I know not to use regular water cause of the cloudiness and the water gets icky so do I use a contact saline solution or salt water?
When I made snowglobes for my daughter's preschool class (out of babyfood jars) I used a mixture of distilled water and glycerin. the glycerine makes the water thicker so the "snow" falls slower. HTH
