Default SMALL CARD STOCK
Could you Stampin Up ladies tell me if your card size 2 3/4" by 3 7/8" come with an envelope? Also, is this a folded card?

I'm looking for cards to make for "A Gift For You" and I want them smaller than 3 1/2" by 5".
